Description A new document repository has been added to SupplyPro. This repository allows suppliers to
manage their own documents outside of the BuildPro document management system. Folders
and documents may be added and managed separately from your builder’s system.
New

functionality
for Suppliers
Changes to SupplyPro Home page – in the Builder Documents panel:
1. New Document List link has been renamed to New Builder Document List
Opens the existing page (New Documents List page) in its own tab - no change to
existing functionality.

2. Two new Document Management links on SupplyPro Home page :
i. View My Documents ii. My New Documents List
View
My Documents Displays documents uploaded by your company
Only users from your company can view these documents
Multiple folders and/or subfolders can be created with your company folder
Multiple documents can be loaded under each folder/subfolder
Note: The builder documents tab will continue to show docs uploaded by the Builder (existing
functionality).

Roles to Manage folders:
SupplyPro Document Admin View, Add, Change, Delete) or
SupplyPro Document Viewer to be assigned (View, Add, Change, Delete)
My New Documents List Only documents added by your users will display here.
-All Accounts – filter option allows viewing of ALL folders & docs created at the
company level or for viewing of a specific account
View docs loaded in past number of days filter
Show Viewed, Unviewed docs or both.
