VTP-AX is the first VISAM touch panel series, which is aimed specifically at the needs of the building automation. The VTP-AX devices persuade with an elegant and simple design that can be integrated into almost any interior.

The extremely slim control devices are aluminum-framed and can be mounted with only a small distance onto the wall or installed into the wall with the optional flush mounting box (except 32“). All mounting options can be arranged in hori-zontal or vertical alignment of the control unit.

The high resolution and brilliant widescreen display is availab-le in three sizes to choose from: 15, 21 or 32 inches. Also there is the possibility to choose between resistive and capacitive touchscreen (with multi-touch support). The touch panels are equipped with a fast, yet economical Intel dual-core processor and a fast SSD drive for the system and user data.

In addition, the operating devices can be expanded with op-tional accessory modules to the own requirements. The mo-dules are adapted in shape and appearance to the main unit and can be installed quickly and easily in the surrounding accessory rail. Choose from a camera module and readers for magnetic cards, smart cards and RFID.

Included with all VISAM operating devices: Operating System, HMI runtime andDevelopment Environment.

VGATE: Facility- and energy management serverRugged compact server for building automation and energy data acquisition

The VGATE series has special software features for the building control and the extraction of data for energy management. It can be used craft comprehensive, vendor-independent and it is compatible with numerous bus- and remote systems. It handles the complete energy monitoring, as well as the con-trol of lighting, heating and shading systems. In addition to classic switching functions and the scenario control, the server is designed as a data intermediary between different systems, for the data recording of consumption values and operating times as well as an alarm and message indicator.

The compact automation servers are equipped with ener-gy-efficient processors and are built completely fanless. All VGATEs are designed for installation in the control cabinet and work „headless“ as a black box in the background. The recor-ded data can be accessed in real time via browser from a PC, tablet or smartphone.

The modular chassis concept of the VTP-UC-series offers a nearly infinite amount of possibilities for the usage of the control unit. From the assembling into machines to in-wall mounting and usage in building automation.

The 7" display is very fine grained for their compact size and is equipped with a LED backlight and resistive touchscreen for high demand. The heart of the touch panel forms a fast ARM11 processor. The processor is fanless and with a low power consumption extremely economical. All units have the latest version of the operating system Windows CE 6 preinstalled. SD/SDHC cards are used for the storage of user data.

As a solution for the wallmounting, VISAM offers flushboxes and several decor front bezels as an option. The decor front bezels are made of high-quality aluminium, stainless steel or acrylic glass and are available in many different colors. It only needs four screws to integrate the panel into a dedica-ted chassis or into the terminal device.

Because of the minor heat loss of the system, it is possible to embed the panels completely into the wall, so that only the front bezel stands out of the wall. For a seamless integration into your personal environment, tailor-made bezels are avai-lable on your request, also for small quantities.

The design of the VTP-BC series even offers a convincing optic and provide, due to the continuous and crevasse-free front foil, a lot of advantages for a professional use in the in-dustrial and building automation.

The panels are designed to withstand harsh environmental conditions and offer a front-side protection class IP66 stan-dard. As a reward for the construction without fan and mo-ving parts the devices can even be used under strong vibra-tion and shock. And with an extended temperature range of -20 to 60 ° Celsius they are suitable for a variety of applica-tions, i.e. even in outdoor areas.

2 different display format are allocatable: the 7 „ and 10 „ pa-nels are available with 16:9 widescreen format, the 12“ , 15“ and 17“ devices are available in classic 4:3 aspect ratio. All control unit are equipped with high-quality LCD-panels and rugged touchscreen-technology (analog-resistive). The used ARM and Intel Atom processors are fanless and very energy efficient without losing power for the HMI. The control unit are, due to a wise offer of interfaces, suitable for almost any application scenario.

The VTP-BC series is designed for panel mount or front panel mounting. For devices with 12" and 15" display, we offer an optional flush mount housing for the wall mounting.

VBASE Editor - The development environ-ment for all VISAM operating units.

VBASE - what is it and where it can be used?

VBASE is an industry-independent and highly flexible visuali-zation and control system for the development of cross-tra-de Building Management System (BMS). VBASE is freely programmable and can be used for the automation of ligh-ting, heating, air conditioning, shading etc. The use cases of VBASE are almost unlimited. Wherever data is recorded, pro-cesses are visualized and controlled, VBASE is at home.

VBASE editor. Integrated development environ-ment for your automation projects.

The VBASE Editor comes free with all our products and is the consistent and integrated development environment for au-tomation projects with VISAM Touch Panels and the VBASE desktop runtimes. The VBASE Editor is optimized for easy entry and equipped with all the functions for the visualizati-on and control of your processes.

Compatible with approx. 200 and field bus- and remote systems.

VBASE is independent of individual components and ma-nufacturers. Rather, it uses a large driver pool for the com-munication with all common protocols, field buses and remote systems (including KNX, digitalSTROM, Modbus, M-Bus and PLC systems). The VBASE drivers are constantly updated and expanded. Currently VBASE supports about 200 different systems!

Function blocks for time-saving and efficient project planning.

VBASE uses function blocks. Thereby it is possible to integ-rate complex and frequently used functions in no time at all into the automation project. For this purpose a library with more than 80 pre-programmed features is available. Thus, a meter for example can be integrated within a very short time which is subsequently available project-wide with over 70 pre-calculated values.

VBASE Web-Remote.Universal HMI interface for mobile devices.

The VBASE Web Remote is a universal HMI interface on HTML5 basis. It enables remote access for smartphones, tab-let PC´s and all devices with a compatible browser.
