How:
1. Create tourism clusters through SPV model • Beach/Island, North East/Adventure, Rural/Spiritual/Cultural, Medical and Wellness
• Public Limited Company with some overriding powers
2. Open Door Policy: Visa fee to waived for 5 years compared to USD 60-150
3. Open and Liberal Skies Policy and Aviation Hubs
4. Infrastructure status from Rs. 25 Crore investment
Sabka Swasthya, Sabka Vikas: Health Care for All
Vision: Universal Holistic Health Care for All at Rs. 2 per day per person by 2022
Why: India loses twice of the government’s health investment in premature mortality costs; every hospital bed generates 15 jobs
How:
1. Universal Health Care Coverage JAM enablement
2. New Integrated Health Design 2022, where health is society’s responsibility
3. Grant infrastructure status (India needs 3.5 million beds by 2022).
4. Skill at scale – India needs 7.5 lakh health workers. Gap is 3.5 lakhs.
