Member Recruitment

Service sites are primarily responsible for recruiting their own AmeriCorps Members.

HHCK will assist by forwarding applications received through the AmeriCorps website.

Sites review applications, interview candidates, and recommend their top choices to HHCK. Build Corps program staff will then conduct a group interview and either approve or reject the service site’s recommended candidate. When possible, sites should send more than one candidate to the group interview.
