Extruded Aluminum ProductsFor Stucco & Drywall
Stockton Products™ is one of the nation’s leading manufacturers of standard andcustom extruded aluminum products for stucco and drywall. We have built areputation for quality products and excellent customer service.
Following is information on standard products, radius shapes, finishes & venting.
Radius Shapes – Most of our aluminum products can be ordered curved, with one of four typesof radius shapes. For tight radius requirements, certain shapes have minimum curving abilitybased on the radius dimension and direction needed. Please consult us prior to ordering.Due to the curving process, only 9’ of usable feet is available from a 10’ length. Please indicate theamount of material required in usable feet. All material will be rounded up to a 10’ length. (As anexample, 54 LF usable will be rounded up to 60 LF). Please specify the point of radius (face ofplaster, face of framing, center of reveal, etc.) Also indicate the direction of the curve from thediagrams on this page.
PLEASE NOTE that the radius is pulled towards the arrow that appears on each diagram of the types of curvesavailable. (For an order form, contact us or visit www.StocktonProducts.com)

Intersections – Factory fabricated mitered corners and intersections are available including insidecorners, outside corners, T, L and + shapes. Intersections are available in standard styles, whichare shown on this page. Custom shapes and designs are also available. The intersections are heli-arc welded. Six inch legs are standard. Longer legs – up to two feet in length – are available.Different size reveal widths and shapes can be intersected. Moldings can be miter cut and/ornotched to meet special field conditions. Consult your Stockton sales representative for details. These products intersect with our standard and curved radius products.
Venting – Many shapes are available vented to allow for air flow. All vent slots are 1/8" wide by 1" long, spaced 1-1/2" on center lengthwise. Multiple rows of ventsare spaced laterally, 1/2" on center. Each lengthwise row of vent slots provides approximately onesquare inch of venting per lineal foot.Note: the “V” designation in model numbers indicates vented ability.A Stockton representative is available at 1-877-862-5866 to assist you with answering questions, designing custom products and preparing your order for your dealer. Additional information andthe Radius Order Form is available in our catalog and at www.StocktonProducts.com.

Finishes – Our standard finish is Clear Anodized. Additional finishes include Fluropolymer Paint,Color Anodized (Gold; Light, Medium & Dark Bronze; Black) and Alodine/Chem-Film.Clear AnodizedThe standard finish for Stockton Plaster Moldings is Clear Anodized, Architectural 200R1. This isan electrochemical conversion process that deposits an oxide film on the aluminum extrusion. Thecoating is extremely durable and resistant to most forms of corrosion and the satin finish gives themolding an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
SpecificationsStandard Finish: Architectural 200R1, medium etch (AA-M32C10A21)Optional Finish: Class II 204R1, medium etch (AA-M32C10A31)
Fluropolymer Paint (Kynar/Hylar)®
Kynar/Hylar is a 70% fluoropolymer resin based 2-coat baked on paint that is offered as anoptional finish where high durability is required and/or the moldings must match existing colors. This premium finish is recommended for exterior applications where harsh conditions exist. It isextremely resistant to ultraviolet color degradation and chalking and is available in a wide varietyof colors.
Note: Certain colors, given the exotic nature of the color, require a Kynar XL (with topcoat). Please advise the factory of the required color prior to job costing as these colors requireadditional cost and minimum order quantities. SpecificationsTypical Finish meets or exceeds AAMA 605.2 Specification “Voluntary Specification for HighPerformance Organic on Architectural Extrusion Panels.” Meets or exceeds a nominal dry filmthickness of 1.2 mil.
Kynar® is a Registered Trademark of Atochem North America, Inc.Color AnodizedThe following color anodized finishes are available as special order items: Gold; Light, Medium &Dark Bronze; Black.Color anodized finishes can vary from piece to piece. This is a characteristic of the anodizingprocess and should be taken into account prior to placing an order. Typically, the color of theextrusions will fall within a certain range, and this range can be established before anodizing.Check with factory for details.
SpecificationsColor Anodized Finish: Integral colors to conform with designation 3AA-M112C22A32 of theAluminum Association.
Alodine/Chem-FilmAlodine/Chem-film is a chemical conversion process that protects the aluminum extrusion until aprimer coat can be applied in the field. Chemical conversion should be specified for allextrusions to be field painted.
SpecificationsChemical Conversion Finish: To conform with ASTM D 1730 Type B and MIL-C-5541A.

An Introduction To Pozalite®
The Pozalite® formula is a plasticizing mixture that makes stucco, shotcrete and concrete better. It is a finely separated, particulate size controlled mixture that contains specially selected low-water-absorption proprietary ingredients. This makes for a product unlike any other. Available in 4 pound (Single Charge) containers and 50 pound bags.

Who Can Benefit From The Use of Pozalite®?
Pozalite® Characteristics And PerformanceThe following confirms the benefits of using Pozalite®, by describing how it works:Portland cement gains strength by chemically reacting with ordinary water. This strength development requires moisture to be presentover a period of several days to "culture" the growth of interlocking crystals that give cementitious products their strength. Plaster andconcrete are typically a highly porous material that easily allows mixing-water to evaporate. This is why building codes requires moistcuring. Two functions are served with moist curing. First, time is required for reasonable strength development and secondly, maintaining moisture longer reduces shrinkage and cracking when the mix is in its most fragile stage.Pozalite® is formulated with scientifically selected proprietary ingredients. Pozalite's unique in that it can retain water between chargedplatelets of aluminum silicate.Pozalite® has modest expansion and high moisture retention properties. Even though expansion is modest, special proprietaryingredients compensate for the expansion by forming small discrete air bubbles (air entrainment) that reduces the overall waterrequirement of a mix. The air bubble, due to its size, is very stable reducing moisture loss... thereby reducing shrinkage. In summary, Pozalite® has been shown to improve the overall strength by minimizing moisture loss and reducing the waterrequirement for machine or hand applications.
• Holds moisture longer leading to more "open time"• Reduces water requirements• Reduces shrinkage & cracking• Virtually eliminates "mud slides"• Creates greater air entrainment• Smoother, easier troweling
• Leads to better workmanship• Faster, easier start-up & clean-up• Improves form release properties• Lowers number of man hours required• No lime - eliminates lime bum concern• No calcium chloride
• Excellent pumping agent with high lubricity• Ends problems when pumping material to heights and
distances• Ends jerking & packing hose
• Primes the pump for faster, easier start-up• Aids end-of-the-day clean-up• Extends equipment life• Reduces operating and maintenance costs
• Greater shear strength• Increases flexural strength• Greater compressive strength
• Resulting product is harder than without Pozalite®
• Better end-product performance in freeze / thaw conditions
• Contractors who work with cementitious products - stucco, shotcrete, pumpers, floors & other flatwork, foundations, retaining walls, counter tops, decorative concrete, etc.
• Concrete & mortar companies• Producers of functional and artistic precast and prestressed
concrete products• Concrete shingle manufacturers
• Fireproofing product manufacturers• Cementitious pump manufacturers• Cementitious related equipment manufacturers• Equipment rental firms• Consultants, engineers & architects who care about
quality results
