Chicken with PotatoChicken with PotatoIngredients 4 chicken

rumps, 6 potatoes, 4-5 garlic, tomato sauce (a spoonful), a little oil

Peel the patatoes and cut them in slices. Add salt and oil and mix. Put the chicken rumps and patato in tray. And garlic on them.cook at 220 and when thay become a little red add tomato sauce cover the tray with aleminium paper,wait for 20-25 minutes and serve it.

Walnut Raisin Cookies

Ingredients 50 grams of chooped walnuts, 2 eggs, 1/2 kilo of flour, 1/3 kilo of sugar, 1/5 litre of oil, 50 grams of raisins

• Mix sugar,oil and walnuts .Add eggs,raisins and milk,mix well. But don’t use and electronic mixer.

• Add flour and vanilla to the mixture.Drop spoonfuls of mixture onto baking sheet.

• Bake at 175 C for 10 to 12 minutes.

• Your cookies are ready.GOOD APPETİTE !!!

Most of my nutrition is protein(%58). This is more than usual. Fruit, vegetable and carbohydrate is less than usual (%18).

I should increase the amaunt of carbohydrate, fruit and vegetable but I should reduce amaunt of protein and also I should add fats in my nutrition.

Cheese Salad

Ingredients 500 gr. Cheese without salt, green onion, parsley, green pepper, salt, olive oil.

It is from Malatya (in the east of Turkey). Cut all vegetables in small pieces. Add cheese and spices, and olive oil.

You can make it for breakfest or tea at 5.

150 gram meat 2 onions, tomato, tomato

sauce, oil, salt

Wash the beans for 2-3 times and add water, boiled it for 2 hours.after that,spill the water of beans, add clean water again.

Add meat in a pann and cooked them a little. Before adding clean water ıt beans,cook the meat and beans togather in tomato saunce,onion.

Then pour the water into them and let it cook for 20 minutes.serve it with hot pepper and rice

When I compare y pyramid with healthy food pyramid, I consume healthy food. I should only reduce the amount of fats.

Baklava Recipe

Boil 3 cups of sugar, 3 cups of water, 1 stick of cinnaman and a lemon’s juice for 30 minutes. Pour it into a jar and let it cool – melt ½ kilo of butter over low heat. Use a pastry brush and grease the bottom and sides of the pan.

Brush each sheet of thin dough with butter. Mix the walnuts with a little cinnaman and sugar. Lay 7 sheets of thin dough on the bottom of the pan. Put same mixed walnuts. Lay 2 sheets of thin dough over the walnuts.keep going in this way. Pour the butter over dough. Cut the Baklava into triangles or squares before baking . Bake it in a 250 C oven for 30 minutes.

After taking it out of the oven, wait for 5 minutes and pour the syrup over it.

Meatball with spinach

Ingredients 500 gram mincedmeat, an onion, 2 garlic, a carrot, olive oil, salt, pepper

1) Peel the onion and carrot. Cook them a little and add spinach. Put the spices.

2) Take the minced meat in a big bowl,add egg, onion and mix.

Make it a big circle. Add spinach in it and roll it. Cook it in oven.

By serving, you can put macaroni in plate and put the meatball on it. You can add tomato souce by eating.

Normally people should consume less fats, more milk. But for me it is vice versa. Fruit, vegetable and protein is normal but I should increase the amaunt of carbohydrate. Because others food is more than carbohydrate. It is %41.
