Each department can select the areas of project after discuss with their respective two
companies.
Final year project titles are chosen based on the discussion with industry people.

Rules for Project Expo:
Only registered candidate are allowed.
Minimum two and Maximum four members per team.
Only working Live Projects are allowed.
For Civil only models will be permitted.
The abstract of the Project should be sent to the Mail ID

For Demonstration of the project 5 minutes will be allowed Participants must bring all the needed accessories for the projects. Only Power
Supply will be provided by the college.

RULES!!!
1.
Only registered candidates are allowed.
2.
Each team should consist of maximum 4 members and a minimum of 2 members.3. The event will be held in 2 categories
o Hardware
o Software:

Participants should mail their project synopsis in .pdf/ .doc /.docx format only. Subject of the mail
should specify the category.
5.
Selected projects will be uploaded on the website and also informed via sms.
6.
One hard copy of project should be submitted on the day of exhibition.
7.
Organizers reserve the right to inspect the model in case any discrepancy arises, with respect to its
compliance with the problem statement.
8.
Rules of the competition can be modified by the coordinators. It will be highlighted on the website.
9.
Format for synopsis:
o
Format must be adhered to the IEEE convention.o First sheet should consist of title of the project, college name, branch, SEM, Phone no.,
contact details.
o Contents should contain abstract, introduction, overview of project and description.
o Requirements of the project such as power supply, software, etc... should be clearly stated.
o The last sheet should have references.
o Content should be text typed in Times New Roman font with a size of 12.
o Synopsis should not exceed 4 pages (excluding first and last sheet).
Rules for Hardware projects:
1.
Synopsis for the hardware projects should contain the specifications of the project
2. Power supply and other requirements will be provided only on prior request.
3.
Participants must present their projects on the day of the event.
4.
No alteration in the project will be allowed once the competition starts.5.
Participants themselves are responsible for any damage occurring to the model.
6. Teams will be given time and space to setup their models/designs at the venue for judging.
7.
Participants must be present at the exhibition venue at least 30 min. before the start of the
competition to confirm their participation.
8.
Decision given by the judges will be final and binding on all.
Rules for Software projects:
1. Participants may bring their own systems/laptops with the required software and hardware.
2.
Participants can carry their projects only in CD/DVD.
3.
Internet facility will be provided only for web oriented projects.
4.
Participants must present their projects on the day of the event.
5. LCD projector will be provided only at the time of evaluation.
6.
In case the application fails to run, teams are liable for disqualification.
7.
Participants must be present at the exhibition venue at least 30 min. before the start of the
competition to confirm their participation.

Rules for Fresher:
1.
Any kinds of models/designs are accepted. But the selection of the project made by the judges is finaland binding.
2.
Arrangements for the project requirements will be made only on prior request.
3. Projects have to be demonstrated on the day of the event.
4.
Participants must be present 30 min. before the start of the competition to confirm their
participation.
5.
Time for setting up the model/design will be given only after confirming their participation.
