Must  be  submitted  within  10  days  of  receiving  results

Student  submits  assignment  ON  TIME  

Lead  IV  may  authorize  ONE  RESUBMISSION  

Student  fails  to  meet  PASS  criteria  after  resubmission  

Student  achieves  P,  M  or  D  

Student  fails  to  meet  PASS  criteria  

ASSIGNMENT  IS  DUE  

NEW  assignment  is  given  which  only  targets  PASS  

criteria    

No  resubmissions  are  allowed  to  improve  grade  

RETAKE  can  only  be  awarded  a  PASS  even  if  M/D  met.    

STUDENT FAILS RETAKE – ENTIRE

UNIT FAILED  

Student  submits  assignment  LATE  but  by  8  am  day  after  deadline    

Student  fails  to  meet  PASS  criteria
