    Subject: Regarding the Unprofessional Behaviour and Carelessnesspracticed on a regular basis by BSNL employees which inturn leads to

    manyfold losses of the customer.

    Respected Sir,

    My name is Anil Bishnoi, I am working with an Education Consultancy as IT

    Marketing Director, as evident from the designation I deal with online promotion

    of the company through online seminars and events we organize. Recently, I had

    to shift my residence due to some reasons to Flat no 409 ROYAL GREENS SIRSI

    ROAD, JAIPUR. My job responsibilities include providing online support to

    associate Universities, which are spread all over the world.

    I was in need to get an internet connection at my residence(flat 409 Royal

    Greens Siri Road, Jaipur) as soon as possible, but the only service provider in this

    location was BSNL. This is where I became a Victim of BSNLs unprofessional,

    rude and unacceptable working culture.

    I had applied a connection on 3 rd July 2011, after depositing the cash at BSNL

    Office C- Scheme ,Jaipur, I was told that the connection formalities take 3-5 days ,

    which in itself is a lot considering the fact that other private firms does the job in

    less than 2 days. Meanwhile I was waiting for a positive response from BSNL and

    10 days passed and there was no sign from officials, on 13th July 2011 upon

    requesting the information from the BSNL office I was told that they have no clue

    about what is happening, After Enquiring from numerous people I was told that a

    Number has been allotted on my name on 11july 2011 , After wasting acomplete working day, and facing absurd and rude BSNL employees I just

    came to know that a number has been allocated to me and the connection

    will be delivered in 2 or 3 days.

    After a 5 days wait, when there was again no response from BSNL I visited the

    office again on 18th July,2011 where upon asking numerous guys and wasting 5

    hours I was told that Mr. PP Sharma who is posted as JTO at Telephone

    Exchange in Si rsi, Jaipur is dealing my case, Again after wasting a working dayenquiring about the telephone connection which should already be there I just

    came to know about the person who was supposed to do his job 15 days

    ago.Days passed and there was no sign from Mr. PP Sharma or other BSNL

    Customer Support Executives who are working at Customer Support Centre at

    CSchemeJaipur, who are not disclosing their names after repeated requests.

    Upon calling Mr. PP Sharma repeatedly, he has started talking unparliamentarily.

    I have been told by one of the BSNL customer care employees thatits a normal

    working culture in BSNL offices and talking in UNPARLIAMANTARY LANGUAGE

    to the CUSTOMERS is a part of it.(In his own words YAHAN TO AISA HI HOTA

    HAI)

    As there are no other service providers in the locality I had no option but toapply for a BSNL connection, which has turned out to be a nightmare for me.

    After meeting all the local BSNL Officials who are supposed to be responsible for

    their jobs.

    We talk about taking India to higher level of education, development and living

    standard while the most advanced department of the Government, has most

    pathetic working culture, whos employees dont respect its customer and their

    valuable time.

    Its 3rd August 2011, today and after calling Mr. PP Sharma for the 4th time I have

    been told by himthat I am disturbing him and if I call him again I will have to face

    the consequences. I dont know what the consequences would be but if I need toface them I will have to do it as this connection is critical for my job and I would

    not like my Employer to suffer loss for this episode.

    Until and unless I get a connection for which I have already paid to BSNL in

    cash, or a satisfactory reply from the responsible officials. I will send this

    letter as a reminder everyday to the above recipients . And for any

    consequences that I might have to face (as per Mr. PP Sharmas words) for being

    a victimized BSNL Customer, I accept them in advance.
