6Vibration MachineVibration MachineASSEMBLY:If you have got all the components, you are ready to assemble this Vibration Machine. It may need 2 personsto make assembly easier.

Place the vibration absorber(2) onto the post(4).Connect the base unit wire connector(11) to the post bottom wire connector(12).Affix the post(3) to the base unit(1),and make sure that the post not press onto the wires).Secure it with flat washers(C), spring washers(B) and bolts(A) provided,adjust the positions of the vibration absorber(2) to fit well with the base cover.

Assemble the pieces of the left handle (7) and right handle(8) together to creat the complete handle bar,line up the handle bar to the correct position on the post,put spring washers(F) and bolts(G) into their corresponding holes and then affix with tightening the bolts.Remove the grommet(11), insert the handle wire connectors(14) through the grommet into the post and out the top end of the post,,mount the grommet into the corresponding hole of the back of the post(4).

Important Reminder:Make sure all parts are well attached before starting to work on the Vibration Machine. Please also balance this Vibration Machine by adjusting its 4 feet.

Connect the control panel datas wire connetcor(16) to the post datas wire connector(15),connect the control panel pulse wire connectors(17) to the handle pulse wire connectors(14) ,mount the contro panel(6) onto the post(4) and secure them together with the cross recessed raised countersink head screw(G) and flat washers(F).Lastly affix the handle cover(9) to the back of the handle tube.

Attach the exercise straps(3) onto the hook on the platform of the base unit(1).

1. Control panel operation: 1) Press button to start or stop the machine; 2) PROGRAM button is for choice of five built-in programs. TRAINING GOALS:This Vibration Machine is aimed to bring you:1. Easy and enjoyable workout2. Better heart strength and body circulation3. High calorie burning by shaking your whole body4. Great feelings after a workout program

Depends on your physical condition, it is recommended that you take out 1-2 sessions a day, with each sessionlast 10-15 mins, on multiple positions. Don’t work continuously more than 30 mins. If you feel any uncomfortduring exercise, stop immediately and only try again when you feel perfect. Exercise is a long term commitment and you should not rush to get results.

Other tips include:- Wear comfortable cloth, better a sporting suit- Never exercise with your stomach full. Keep your workout time at least one hour after each meal. - If you are tired or exhausted, please do not start a workout program.

10Vibration MachineVibration Machine

1. Calf Stretch Hands up and lean your body to a wall, with one of your foot in the front and the other behind (see the photo illustration). Keep your back and your back leg in a line. Then bend your front leg and move your body towards the wall. Stay as close to the wall and keep this position for 10~15 seconds.Relax and repeat it for another 2 times.

2. Thigh Stretch Put your right hand on the wall for balance and grab your left foot with your left hand. Pull your heel towards your buttocks and keep your balance.Stay there for about 10~15 seconds. Then relax and repeat it for another 2 times.

3. Upper Body Stretch Stand on the ground, open your legs a bit, put your hands on top of your head as shown in the photo, stretch your back and waist, keep it for 10~20 seconds. Relax and repeat it for another 2 times.

4.Kicking Stretch Lie on the ground, hold your thighs and then kick your legs. Keep legs up high for 10~15 seconds, relax and repeat it for another 2 times.

5.Waist and Bottom Stretch Step one feet forward and bend your body down, hands down, keep your back leg straight, balance your body, push down and stretch your bottom part, remain the position for 10~15 seconds, change legs and repeat it for another 2 times.

6.Back Stretch Sit down with your thighs and legs on the ground. Move your upper body towards your legs, touching your toes. Keep this position for 10~15 seconds. Relax a bit and repeat for another 2 times.

WARMING UP:It is recommended that you warm up and stretch your body before working on the Vibration Machine. The following warm up is for your reference:

One foot on the platePut one foot on the plate and the other on the ground with your hands on the handle bars. This will train your waists, sto-mach muscles and your legs.

Bend your kneesStand on the plate with your hands on the handle bars,bend your knees a bit. This will train your waists, stomach muscles and your legs.

Cross legsSit on the plate,cross your legs, hands on the handle bars. This will train your leg,shoulder,waist and stomach muscles.

L shapePut your feet on the plate, with your body lying on the ground; balance your body with your h-ands. This will train your arm, hip and thigh muscles.

Stand onSimply stand on the plate with your hands on the handle bars. This will train your whole body muscles.

Lean ForwardPut your knees on the ground and your hands on the plate. This will train your shoulder, arm, upper body and thigh muscles.

Turn 90Stand on the plate with one arm on the left handle bar and the other hand on our waist.This will train your back, arm and whole body muscles.

Sit on chairSit on a chair with our feet on the plate.This will train your legand stomach muscles.

Massage your legsPut your legs on the plate and your hands on the ground to support your body. This will tr-ain your leg, arm and stomach muscles.
