VISION
Home
September 2013 Communication Tools 4
Become a model School of Businessin Cambodia and for other countries
in the region
by training, educating and empowering under-privileged youth to become skillful, responsible business professionals
with successful careers in the field of sales, marketing, retail, administration and accounting
who will grow out of the poverty cycle and generate positive social change in their communities.
MISSION
Home
September 2013 Communication Tools 5
Promote social change in Cambodia
• by offering under-privileged youth, particularly young women,
access to high quality vocational training in the field of business,
• transforming their lives and those of their communities, by
equipping them with technical skills in the fields of Sales,
Marketing, Retail, Administration and Accounting,
• but also with soft skills in Communication and Business Ethics, as
well as a strong set of human values and social concern.
Most Cambodian employers think that Cambodian graduates in general
lack know-how, critical thinking and decision making skills according to
several employers’ surveys.
The school therefore focuses on practice to let students get hands-on
experience, analyze real problems, take decisions and thus get
accustomed to working for real.
Internships (at the end of each academic year) and company visits are
also an integral part of the curriculum.
The school has thus earned a reputation for producing students that
“know how to work” and are familiar with the workplace and working
situations.
It therefore has more than 200 partner companies that regularly take
interns, hire graduates and/or collaborate with the school on operational
projects.
