His work and his passion is connecting leaders and their organizations to their most important audiences – customers, partners, investors, and employees – in print, online, and in person. He works with clients ranging from corporate executives to entrepreneurs and authors to develop clear, compelling messages, and deliver them with passion and skill. He likes working with a team to create a messaging framework and communications plan, and coaching individuals and small groups on great public speaking skills. Bryan’s corporate experience includes management and leadership in tech giants Hewlett-Packard and Microsoft, and global strategy consulting firm McKinsey & Company. He has worked in sales, marketing, and alliance management roles, and moved into communications full time and began coaching others as the Director of Microsoft’s highly recognized Executive Briefing Center from 2007-10. He honed his skills with senior leaders as Executive Communications Director for a Microsoft Corporate VP in 2010-11, and in 2011 joined AG Consulting Partners, starting their Communications Practice to complement their Strategy and Project Management businesses. Bryan is a graduate of Georgetown University and earned his Master’s in Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler School at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. When not working, Bryan volunteers, including currently serving as President of the Board of Trustees of Temple Beth Am in Seattle. Bryan Rutberg is the founder and owner of Seattle-based communications firm 3C Communications.
