Executive Summary:35 year career in Federal Service including 31 years service in the Central Intelligence Agency and a four year enlistment with the United States Air Force. Extensive customer service experience in the printing and graphic arts arena, with additional experience in production management, logistics and contract management.

Experience:Technical Intelligence Officer – CIA/Directorate of Science and Technology (DS&T), Office of Technical Services (OTS)—9 years. Project management and production management with commercial partners for OTS’ operational printing requirements. COTR and PM Certified.

Customer Care Specialist – National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), Media Services Center – 2 years. Assisted NRO customers with graphic art, video, and photographic requirements. Occasional voice-over work for audio and video projects.

Procurement Officer – Open Source Center (OSC) formerly Foreign Broadcast Information Service (FBIS) – 2.5 years. Coordinated the purchase of books, periodicals and databases for CIA and Director of National Intelligence (DNI) customers.

Production Planner and Estimator – CIA/Directorate of Support (DS) – 4 years – Provided graphic art and photographic support to CIA and

Intelligence Community customers for the CIA’s internal printing facility.

Quick Print Center Supervisor – CIA/DS – 1 year – Supervised the operations of a quick-print digital printing and bindery center in CIA’s internal printing facility.

Bindery Supervisor – CIA/DS – 5 years. Supervised the operations of a large staff in-plant print shop bindery in CIA’s internal printing facility. Provided support to the branch manager and served as acting branch chief as needed.

Production Planner and Estimator – CIA – 3.5 years including one year as an acting pressroom supervisor and one year tracking the internal budget. Provided graphic art and photographic support to CIA customers in CIA’s internal printing facility. Provided logistics support on extended temporary duty assignments overseas.

Management Trainee – Management Program for Printing Managers, CIA–2.5 years. 18 month training program for printing managers followed by a one year assignment on the Office of Logistics’ Support Staff updating logistics related regulations and supporting senior management quarterly meetings.

Systems Staff – CIA – 1 year. Researcher into special projects in the graphic arts.

Entered on Duty – Central Intelligence Agency – May 1986 and Printing Apprenticeship – 6 months.

United States Air Force – 4 years – Weather Observer. Assignments included Dover AFB, Delaware; RAF Fairford, United Kingdom; and Offutt AFB, Nebraska. I was also awarded an entry level Lithographic Specialist specialty.
