BruschettaIngredients

● ½ small red onion, finely chopped

● 8 medium tomatoes (about 500g), coarsely chopped and drained

● 2-3 garlic cloves, crushed● 6-8 leaves of fresh basil,

finely chopped● 30ml balsamic vinegar● 60-80ml extra virgin olive

oil● 1 loaf crusty bread

Recipe 1. In a large bowl, mix the

onions, tomatoes, garlic and basil, taking care not to mash or break up the tomatoes too much. Add the balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix again. Cover and chill for at least an hour. This will allow the flavours to soak and blend together.

2. Slice the baguette loaf diagonally into 12 thick slices and lightly toast them until they are light brown on both sides. Serve the mixture on the warm slices of bread. If you prefer the mixture at room temperature, remove from the fridge half an hour before serving.

1.Cut off each end of every bean then cut the beans into thirds then put them in a bowl.2. Peel the garlic and then put it to the side.3. Cut the peppers in half. Remove the core and clean out the insides.4. Now cut the pepper into thin slices.5. Cut the slices in half and put them into a separate bowl6. Peel the carrots7. Cut off each end of the carrot and then cut the carrot into small circular pieces and then put them into the bowl with the beans8. Fill up the pot with 2/3 water9. Put the pan and the pot onto the stove.10. Put two tablespoons of olive oil onto the pan and 1 tablespoon into the cooking pot. Add crushed garlic to the pan11. Add the beans and carrots into the pan on medium heat12. Add two tablespoons of soya sauce and 2 tablespoons of sweet soya into the pan13. Add a pinch of salt into the pot with water on high heat and wait until the water boils

14. Once the water is boiling lower the heat to medium and add the pasta into the pot and cook for 6-8 minutes15. Add the pepper into the pan. Then add black pepper to the pan16. Occasionally stir the frying pan with a spatula.17. Once the pasta is ready, use the colander to get rid of the water, and then put it into the frying pan.18. Occasionally stir the frying pan with a spatula.19. Add 4 tablespoons of soya sauce to the pan20. When the pasta is fried a little and has taken a browner colour turn off the heat and put the pan to cool off. Enjoy

● 1. Cut the banana’s lengthways and lay them on a baking tray.

● 2. Sprinkle each half with a little sugar and put into oven at 220ºc

● 3. Take out of oven when they begin caramelising

Mint Chocolate Chip Ice CreamIngredients200 ml of skimmed milk 50g of icing sugar 200g of heavy cream1/2 tablespoon of peppermint extract 50g of grated dark chocolate

RecipePlace the milk and sugar into a saucepan.

Place over low heat and stir until the sugar has dissolved, then place in the fridge and let it cool.

Stir the cream and the peppermint essence into cooled milk.

Pour the mixture into the ice cream machine with the freezer bowl in and the paddle running.

When the mixture starts to freeze add the grated chocolate down the chute. Allow freezing until the desired consistency is achieved

Vanilla Ice Cream No machine

Ingredients

● 14 oz sweetened condensed milk

● 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

● 2 cups heavy cream

Instructions1. Line a 9x5 loaf pan with parchment paper. Place in the

freezer.2. Combine sweetened condensed milk and vanilla in a large

chilled bowl.3. In a separate chilled bowl, whip heavy cream on

medium-high until stiff peaks form.4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the sweetened

condensed milk. (Stir in any mix-ins you'd like at this point).

5. Pour into prepared pan, cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.

● 1 egg, ● 1 and 1/2 cups of

milk, ● 1/2 a cup of

sparkling water, ● 250g of flour, ● 1 pinch of salt, ● 1 bag of vanilla

sugar ● 1 tablespoon of

olive oil.

Recipe

1. Weigh the flour and pour it into a bowl.2. Crack the egg and add init to the bowl.3. Add 1 and 1/2 cups of milk into the bowl.4. Add the vanilla sugar into the bowl.5. Add a pinch of salt and 1/2 a cup of sparkling water into the bowl.6. Add one tablespoon of olive oil7. Whisk until there are no more lumps in the mixture and the mixture is smooth.8. Heat up the frying pan.9. Once hot use the ladle to pour out enough mixture to cover the entire pan.10. Once the pancake is solid, (You can check by lightly lifting the pancake with the spatula) flip it over using the spatula, or if you are daring flip it over by throwing it up.11. Once flipped over wait until it takes a darker colour (the 30s to 1 min, depending on the thickness of the pasta) remove the pancake from the pan and leave it on a plate by the side.12. Repeat steps 9-11 until there is no more mixture left in the bowl.
