Size: ABV: Tasting Notes: 750ml, 200ml in select markets 30% ABV, 60 PROOF Production Notes: Mixes with: 92 Points Gold Medal Whiskey, mezcal, tequila, gin, sake, rum, vodka bubbles Rich and full, fruit at front of palate- cherry, apricot and orange, walnut oil on the lips, vanilla, slight spice- cayenne and peppercorn, 20% sugar Amaro base- NGS is infused with rhubarb and re-distilled, then aged in used whiskey barrels from Heaven Hill. Then cherry, apricot, orange, walnut, cinnamon, vanilla, peppercorn and a touch of cayenne are added and infused for three months. Agave nectar is added to sweeten. We practice solera with this liqueur- half of the finished but unsweetened batch moves forward to the next one.
