Referral fees are based on the type of policy and by state. States are divided into two tiers.*

2nd Tier States: DC, DE, HI, KY, MA, MD, MN, MO, MT, NH, NJ, NM, NY, OR, SD, WAAll other states are in the first tier

Payments for referral fees are made via ACH which is why it’s necessary to complete the ACH and W-9 forms.

*Licensed agencies will receive a revenue spilt instead of referral fees.
