2. THE GRIDS

STEAKHOUSE SEAR MARKS

These cooking grids deliver excellent heat retention and exceptional searing power to lock in juices and fl avor. The heavy cast iron grids have two sides. One side is pointed for those perfect steakhouse sear marks while the other side has grooves for continuous basting. The thick, stainless steel grids are very easy to clean and provide long lasting durability.

4. THE BURNER

Made from high quality stainless steel, the patented Dual-Tube™ burners are designed to ensure a consistent fl ame from front to back while the Super 8™ Infinity burner covers the entire base of the cook box with up to 326 ports. Both will heat up to searing temperatures in a matter of minutes for effi cient grilling performance.
