The AV8-R features a removable payload section for ease of customer payload integration. The composite construction and tool-less assembly make the AV8-R an ideal solution for customers with varying mission and payload needs. The basic AV8-R platform comes complete with a small 2.4GHz wireless color camera and transmitter system, electric motor, speed controller and propeller, lithium polymer batteries, plus avionics mounting hardware. The autonomous AV8-R includes integration of the Cloud Cap Technology Piccolo LT or Procerus Technologies Kestrel.
