REFUND POLICY FOR LONG TERM & CLASSROOM COURSES.

  There will not be any refund of Registration and Admission Fee & will not be adjusted in any other course/in the

fee of any other sibling.

  There is no refund for short term courses like Crash Courses/Test Series/Special Support Courses.

  Written application is compulsory for discontinuation and refund (if eligible for the same).

  If any student withdraw admission before commencement of classes First Installment( along with PDCs if any)

is refundable excluding GST. If he/she has paid in lump sum then excluding Registration Admission and GST

remaining amount is refundable.

  If any student withdraws admission with in 15 days of commencement of classes 40% First Installment( along

with PDCs if any) is refundable excluding GST. If he has paid in lump sum then excluding Registration

Admission and 40% of First Installment and GST remaining amount is refundable.

  All refund cheques will be issued in the name of student/parents only.

  If any student discontinue in between the session refund will be calculated on PRO RATA basis and in which

number of days of classes attended by student will be considered from the date of commencement of course

not date of joining. And the last day of attendance will be considered as date of application of Refund.

  Parents must ask for receipt of Refund from the office.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

  Direct Admission.  A-SAT- AASHRAM Scholarship & Admission Test. 1. This is the test for those who have not performed well in their previous examination, due to some issues or

some problems but seeking admission in a course at AASHRAM.

2. This also gives the opportunity to students to gain the scholarships for some fee waiver and build the confidence.

ABOUT FEES

The courses in which there are no installments and the payment of total fee has to be made at the time of admission only the fee must be paid through Cash/DD/Credit Card/Debit Card.

NOTE: If any cheque is bounced for whatsoever reason a fine of Rs 200 will be charged separately from the student along with the installment fee. This amount will be charged in cash only.

GST

If at any point of time, the Central Govt. further increases service tax, (existing rate of service tax), the extra amount of service tax will be borne by the student from the date of enforcement of the revised rate.

LIBRARY FACILITY

The Institute also provides Library facility inside premises only for enrolled students. The membership fee for Library is Rs. 1000 out of which Rs. 850 (Security deposit) is refundable.

TYPING ERROS AND DEFECTIVE CHAPTERS

Each lesson is checked thoroughly to rectify errors before it goes for printing. However, considering the large number of pages involved, some misspoints or errors may occur. In case you notice it, please inform the Centre Head. Please check all the booklets and pages carefuly. Blank or missing pages in the lesson must be brought to the notice of Centre Head with 2 days of receiving the study material by you. You can also write to suggestion@aashram.in

COMMUNICATION WITH PARENTS

We do interact with/inform parents time to time in different modes as follows-

  If a student is absent for a day or two we send message for the information. In case he/she is absent for more than two days we call the parents for the same. So parents are requested to inform the Institute if student is taking leave/s for a genuine reason in form of Application/Email.

  Test marks are regularly sent after the Tests through SMS/Email.

  Parent Teacher Meeting- we conduct PTMs for discussing the performance of students time to time. Generally 3-4 PTMs are being conducted for each course.

  Walk-In PTMs - Apart from above mentioned scheduled PTMs, parents can meet with Faculties with a prior appointment as per their availability according to Time Table.

TRANSPORT FACILITY

We also have outsourced conveyance facility. We arrange the meeting of parents and the concerned transportation authority. And they can discuss about facility and the charges. Institute fee does not include Transportation Fee.

HOSTEL FACILITY

We do have outsourced separate Boys and Girls Hostel with good Boarding and Lodging Facility with in 1-2 Km of Institute. Parents can choose any hostel as per their satisfaction. The Hostel Charges are extra and will be directly payable to owner of the hostel.
