A splendid aristocratic Villa dating back to the end of the 16th century, Villa Arese Lucini is located in Osnago, surrounded by the green landscape of Brianza, less than one hour from Milan and close to two delightful small towns: Como and Lecco.

The architectural complex includes the Villa, the Torciera and a lush English Park with an abundance of century old trees offering panoramic views of great effect. VILLA ARESE LUCINI

The great and sumptuous Villa Arese Lucini dates back to the 16th century.

The extraordinary architectural complex was developed throughout the course of centuries to celebrate the power of the family.

The 17th century structures were built by Francesco Maria Richini, one of the most important architect in Milan, author of Ca’ Granda (location of the University of Milan), Palazzo Durini and Palazzo Brera.

HISTORY

Next to the Villa stands the Torciera, a richly decorated architectural masterpiece dating back to the 17th century. The complex has been recently renovated and restored to its former splendour and is now a unique location for prestigious events.

A charming courtyard leads into the building, where three wide separated areas arelinked by a magic stairways setting:

• a wide room of 400 sqmt with truss ceiling and balcony• the granary on the upper floor (250 sqmt) and its entrance with frescos• the basement of 250 sqmt with vaulted ceiling and authentic columns
