    - Time to get to know each other - Hold Kick-off meeting- Complete ‘Creative Brief’ together

    - YJ looks into client (history, philosophy, existing designs, etc).

    - Meeting 1: YJ presents 2 mood boards (styles/types) created for the Guild (look at different style and theme)

    - Meeting 2: YJ presents layout sketched (thumbnails of every page, how it’s going to be illustrated. This is when we’ll finalize the length of the text)

    - YJ creates pages on Adobe InDesign (Page layout program)- Email revised versions to the Guild as PDF file (approx. 6-7 revisions shared)- Pass on emails with feedbacks or have skype meeting- Receive final text from the Guild, add text.

    - Contact with print company- Send to proof read- Order sample print- Print final version

    Goal: Explain what/why/how we do and generate interest to teachers, schools.

    - Not too text heavy, concise info (bullet format)- Visualize information (diagram, infographics to illustrate problem/solution)- Make it easy to understand- Create simple but effective, eye catching headings- Use testimonials to show effectiveness, achievements
