Today, the growth explosion in both data applications and datausage or mobile phones is well-known. The TelecommunicationsIndustry Association (TIA) expects that in 2009, service revenue

rom wireless data will surpass that o wireless voice and 84 percento service revenue growth to come rom wireless data by 2011*.
