Professional Practice TermPPT is a ‘Learn & Earn’ period; hence trainees have access to the companies’ production environment, live clients and live work. The trainees are assigned to a mentor who monitors individual performance during the PPT period and provides feedback on his/ her performance.

Young Engineers Program (YEP)HCL TalentCare’s engineering hiring program is called YOUNG ENGINEERS’
PROGRAM (YEP). This is a unique training cum employment program aimed at fresh
engineers. Students selected for YEP are trained for 3 month’s at HCL TalentCare’s
campus in Manesar and the job profile they get as for SpecialistEngineerProfile
is in the area of system’s administration for Windows, Networking, Solaris and Linux
where as for the SoftwareEngineerProfile they are expected to provide Quality
Technical Software Support & Maintenance through rigorous programming and

Terms and Conditions
The training program involves the trainees to access online learning contents, e-learning tools and do online assessments thus making it mandatory for them to carry their own laptops.
The probation period while working with HCL TalentCare is 15 months.
Trainees are also required to sign a service agreement stating that they will work for a minimum of 18 months with HCL TalentCare Private Limited effective employment as Associate Graduate Engineer Trainee.
Certification
Career Engineers are required to provide server support in the areas of Windows, Networking, Solaris and Linux.
INR 5000 per Month during the Professional Practice Term (PPT)

Designation Associate Graduate Engineer Trainee
Salary INR 200,000 p.a. (Two Lacs and Per Annum) with a performance Bonus of Rs.15000 to be increased substantially on Probation Confirmation
Eligibility BE/ BTech (CS, IT, ECE, EEE) with an Aggregate of min 55% and above in Class X,XII & Atleast 60% in B.E.
Program Fees You need to pay only INR 112,360* at the start of the training program and the balance fee of INR 56,180* need to be paid in 15 installments starting from first month of your employment with HCL TalentCare

HCL TalentCare’s graduate hiring program is called YOUNG GRADUATE PROGRAM (YGP).
This training cum employment program is aimed at young graduates. Students selected for YGP
are trained for 3 month’s at HCL TalentCare’s campus in Manesar. The job profile they get is
