WHAT  IS  CONSTRUCTIONLINE?    Constructionline   is   the   UK’s   largest   Government   owned  Register   of   pre-­‐qualified   Contractors   and   Consultants   for  the   construction   industry.   Being   pre-­‐qualified  means   that  we  have  met  the  standards  based  upon  the  following  :    Finance,   Status   and   Legitimacy,   Quality,   Environment,  Equal  Opportunities  and  Health  &  Safety.      WHAT  IS  ACCLAIM?    Acclaim   is  a  Health  and  Safety  accreditation  developed  by  Constructionline,   the   Government   owned   Certification  Service.    Acclaim   is  a  member  of  “Safety  Schemes   in  Procurement”  (SSIP)  which  is  an  umbrella  organisation  for  stage  1  Health  and  Safety  Assessment  Schemes  (SSIP).      MISSION  STATEMENT    “Our  purpose   is  to  be  an  example  in  the  market  we  serve  and  improve  the  image  of  our  industry,  with  a  commitment  to  creating  an  experience  that  exceeds  expectations.”      CHAS  CERTIFICATION    The   Chas   certification   (The   Contractors  Health   and   Safety  Assessment   Scheme)   was   awarded   to   Jovic   Steel   in  September  2015.

MEET THE MANAGEMENT TEAM  

John   has   over   30   years’   experience   in   Steel  Fabrication   and   worked   his   way   up   from   a  trainee  within   the   industry,   gaining   his   City   and  Guilds  at  the  age  of  21.    He  had  been  offered  two  positions   with   High   Street   Banks,   but   turned  them   down   to   accept   a   position   in   the   steel  industry.   John   is   highly   skilled   in   his   profession  and   meticulous   in   both   his   work   and   customer  satisfaction.    He   says   “My   ambition   is   for   Jovic   to   be   a  recognised  name  within  the  industry.  My  focus  is  on   growing   the   business   and   establishing   a  Company  that  is  here  for  the  long  term  because  of  our   Clients   confidence   in   our   ability   and  reliability   and  because   they   cannot   imagine  ever  going  elsewhere”    Victoria  has  over  30  years’  experience  in  running  her  own  companies  and  she  is  responsible  for  the  marketing   and   growth   of   the   business.     She   has  diplomas   in   Counselling   and   Interior   Design   but  gained  most  of  her  business  experience  running  a  Shoe  Manufacturing  company  in  London  with  her  parents.     Victoria   went   on   to   develop   and   run  Jovic  Steel  with  her  husband  John.    She  says  “I  was  raised  from  a  very  young  age  in  a  Business   environment   and   recognise   the  importance   of   creating   an   experience   that  exceeds   expectation.   Our   success   is   built   upon  our  continual  pursuit  of  the  highest  standards   in  our  craftsmanship  and  customer  service.  At  Jovic,  we  quite   simply  love  what  we  do.  Our  craftsmen  take  the  raw  steel  and  skilfully  fabricate  pieces  of  artistry  that  exude  elegance  and  refinement.”    Ellie  was  welcomed  on  board  as  a  Director  and  is  responsible   for  all   the  day   to  day  administration  of  Jovic  Steel.      She   says   “I  am  proud   to  be   part   of   Jovic’s   Team.  The   fact   that   no   other  material   apart   from   steel,  has   the   same   unique   combination   of   strength,  formability  and  versatility,  is  enough  to  leave  one  in   awe.     Creating  masterpieces   is   very   impelling  and   seeing   the   smile   on   clients   faces   at  completion  of  a  project,  is  a  reward  in  itself.    Jovic  can  help  turn  the  Clients  vision,  into  a  reality  and  I   look   forward   to  experiencing  many  more  great  things  in  the  life  of  Jovic.”

2. TOWNS  CONSTRUCTION  –  Double  Winder  Floater  Staircase  at  Primrose  Hill,  London.  2015    

3. VOLKSWAGEN   BATH   SHOWROOM   –   Stainless   Steel   and   Glass   Balustrade   to   Showroom,   Internal  Staircase  for  Parts  Department  and  Bicycle  Hoops.  2014  

 4. CHAMBERLAIN  STREET,  LONDON  -­‐  Chequer  Plate  Staircase  to  Roof  Garden  with  Glass  Balustrade.

5. THE  RAILWAY  TAVERN  in  London  for  GPF  Lewis  –  The  Railway,  had  a  function  room  upstairs  that  played  host   to  legends  such  as  Hendrix,  U2,  Eric  Clapton,  Tom  Jones,  Fleetwood  Mac,  Rod  Stewart,  Led  Zeppelin  and  more.  Our  role  was  to  supply  and  fit  structural  steelwork  to  allow  refurbishment  of  the  Tavern  by  opening  up  the  roof  area  to  allow  for  the  construction  of  new  apartments  above.  2015  

 6. SOUTH  WALES  -­‐  Spiral  Staircase  in  Antique  Bronze  Powder  Coated  finish.  2014    

 7. HAMPSTEAD  LONDON  –  Handmade  Stainless  Steel  and  Glass  Helical  Balustrade,  designed  by  Lawray  

Architects.  2014    

8. HAMPSTEAD  LONON  –  Powder  Coated  Acrylic  and  Metal  Balustrade  with  Fumigated  Oak  Top  Rail.  2014  

 9. THE  SONDHEIM  THEATRE    in  London  –  Antique  Brass  Balustrading  with  Lace  Infill  Panels.  

 We  were  awarded  this  contract   from  Citizens  Design  Bureau   in  London.    Our   role  was  to  produce  samples   of   Antique   Brass   Balustrading   with   Lace   Infill   Panels   comprised   from   Solid   Brass.     Sir  Cameron  Mackintosh  took  over  the  Ambassadors  Theatre  in  London  and  renamed  it  The  Sondheim  Theatre.     Mackintosh   renamed   the  Theatre   as   a   tribute   to  musicals   composer   Stephen   Sondheim.    The  plan   is   to  completely  rebuild  the  auditorium,  complementing  the  original   features.    The  Foyer  and  front-­‐of-­‐house  facilities  will  also  be  much  improved  and  enlarged.  2015
