Further information:• There will be a one-off activation fee for lines without broadband £50, £125 for Annex M

If you’re migrating from another ISP its currently £50• During the first 10 days of service the line speed will regularly change, resetting the

connection to the exchange every time. You may experience intermittent service during this period for that reason we are unable to report a fault. This is the service settling down to achieve the best rate possible

• The contract period is one month if for whatever reason you wish to move away simply call our customer services team on 0800 0522323 and ask for a Broadband MAC code.

• If you simply want to cancel we will do this the same day, however please not it can take up to 7 days for BT to fully remove the service from your BT line and there is a charge of £50 for ceasing the service.

• * Top speeds can vary significantly, in particular because of a user’s distance from their local exchange, quality of your copper wiring and other environmental issues.
