    Who is this course or?This course is ideal i you need a rst aider who is trained in both emergency care and recognition and

    treatment o major medical conditions. It is also the recommended course or companies that work in a more

    hazardous environment.

    What will I learn?As well as emergency rst aid, trainees will gain skills in recognition and treatment o medical conditions such

    as heart attacks and administering epinephrine.

    Emergency rst aid at work one day110 (149 inside M25)

    Who is the course or?Lower risk environments such as oces and shops still need to provide a basic level o rst aid cover and this

    one-day course provides all you need to know.

    What will I learn?Everyday rst aid skills to help you respond to accidents at work.

    First aid at work requalication two days180 (210 inside M25)

    Who is this course or?The requalication allows existing rst aiders to update their skills and maintain their qualication. Anyone who

    holds a valid rst aid at work certicate can continue to act as a rst aider by attending this two day course.

    What will I learn?You will be able to reresh and build upon your existing skills, revising the techniques you learnt on the three

    day rst aid at work course.

    Who is this course or?This course is recommended or everybody. Keeping your knowledge up to date is essential to stay condent

    in your ability and this hal-day session will help you eel prepared. Even our proessional training team update
