Our incredible teamOur Wedding Executive will work closely with you to create the wedding of your dreams and will finalise every minor detail in advance so that there are no unexpected surprises. Your very own bridal attendant will be available to attend to all your needs on the day, and our experienced and flexible events team thrive on delivering the perfect wedding, every time.

The fine print*

• The prices contained herein are indicative and are subject to change. Prices are confirmed by a written proposal tailored to your specific requirements. Prices may vary based on seasonality, day of week, demand and size of event.

• Hotel Urban requires a $1,000 deposit on your tentative wedding charges to secure your date.

• Dates can be held for up to 2 weeks while you make your decision.

• All catering and beverage selections and final numbers must be confirmed 4 weeks prior to the wedding.

• The room hire fee will be waived for a minimum of 50 adults.

• Final payment is due 14-7 days prior to your wedding.

• All bar tabs must be paid in advance, but any unused portion is refunded after the event. Hotel Urban upholds the responsible service of alcohol and unduly intoxicated patrons will be refused service.

• All functions must conclude by 11.30pm, and room hire is included for a maximum of 5 hours.
