Process Equipment

Bright Ochre DMCC is engaged in multiple activities which comprises of procurement and supply of materials to both upstream and downstream oil & gas sectors of the developing countries from USA, Europe, Russia, and China.

We also trade Crude Oil, Refined Products (Gasoline, Diesel, Naphtha, LPG, LNG, Bitumen, Sulfur and Petroleum Coke), industrial Spare Parts, Process Equipments, Pressure Vessels, Automation and Control System, Onshore and Offshore Rigs including Jack Up Rigs, Steel including Stainless and Alloy Steel, Steel Scraps both Ferrous and Non Ferrous, industrial chemicals and allied products.


Fabrication Work

The supply of materials and fabricated structural steel components (e.g. girders, diaphragms, jacking beams, stiffeners, girder cover plating) for Construction industry, Refineries, Oil & Gas Sector. Procurement and Supply of Steel Billets, Steel Slabs, steel Scrap and Steel Raw materials for various Steel industries. All materials shall be procured as per standards, specifications and publications provided by the end user.

Procurement and supply of Pre fabricated Steel Buildings which includes Steel structure for a new type of building structure system, which is formed by the main steel framework linked by H-section, Z-section, and U-section steel components or any other product shape according to customer’s requirements, roof and walls using a variety of panels and other components such as windows and doors


Onshore (Land) Rigs

1. The Seller issues a SOFT OFFER.

2. The Buyer issues a LETTER OF iNTENT (LOi) and BANK CREDiT LETTER (BCL) or full banking co-ordinates and authorization to conduct a Soft Probe.

3. The Seller issues a FULL CORPORATE OFFER (FCO). The Buyer signs, stamps and returns this document indicating that their acceptance of the offer and its terms and conditions.

4. The Seller issues a DRAFT SALES & PURCHASE CONTRACT. The Buyer signs, stamps and returns this document within five(5) business days, indicating their acceptance of the contract and its terms and conditions (Any facsimile or electronic copies shall be considered as the original).

5. The Seller issues and sends by courier/by hand two(2) original SALES & PURCHASE CONTRACT to the buyer. The buyer signs and stamps both originals, retaining one(1) original themselves and sending by courier/by hand one(1) original to theSeller.

6. The Buyer follows the payment terms and method asmentioned in the contract.

7. Delivery commence as per Contract and inspection can be arranged via independent agent or Buyer’s representative at factory or Port of Embarkation.

they can accept, and the particulars of the deal itself, so that we can determine how our interests

are compatible.
