NUCLEAR TERRORISM

“All of the materials in this novel relating to weapons technology

and Fabrication is readily available in any of the dozens of books

……I was first bemused, then stunned as my research revealed how

easy such a project may be today……The fact of the matter is that a

sufficiently wealthy individual could over a period of time from

five to ten years, produce a multistage thermonuclear device.

Science is all in the Public domain, and allows few secrets.”

---Tom Clancy, in an afterword to 1991 best seller

‘The Sum of All Fears’……As quoted by Graham Allison
