JANUARY INTAKE
Class Timetable
Class Attendance: ProcedureAttendance and Coursework Status –
Attendance is compulsory.
As per Academic Rules & Regulations, you must meet minimum of 80% of your class attendance for you to be able to sit for Examination.
Attendance below 80% will cause you to be barred from taking Final Examination.
If absent, student must submit Medical Certificate (MC) / Absence Excuse Letter / certified document to lecturer.
Main Registrationa) Subject Pre-Registration (Semester 1 to 6) *during Final
Examination Week 16, must be done before class commence for the next semester.
b) Repeat Registration (for fail student). Student must come to Academic Affairs Dept to register for repeat subject in Week 1 –Week 2 of class commence and seek advice from program coordinator.
c) Add / Drop Subject. Student must seek advice from program coordinator before applying for the request.
Introduction to Industrial Training
Requirements:
Pass all subjects according to Programme Structure.
Have no financial issue that could bar student from going for industrial training.
