• All briefings must be built in Microsoft PowerPoint (any version). (Open Office is acceptable, however it will be converted to PowerPoint.) – Any digitized video files must be in either “.MPG” format (version 1) or “.WMV” format. • Page set-up for briefings: ON-SCREEN SHOW size (7.5” x 10”); please avoid widescreen format. • Computer/Audiovisual media: CDs, DVDs or Memory Sticks; please avoid PAL format and use NTSC. • If your briefings and/or videos are ready ahead of time, please send them to the following: Presentations/Briefings: Janet Chan, [email protected] Videos: Shane Broomfield, [email protected] • Material must be received before May 30, 2013; otherwise it should be hand carried to the conference.
