INTRODUCTION

PT Mine Gate Indonesia (MineGate) is an Independent professional companybased in Jakarta, Indonesia, which provides mining consultancy and services forAsian and Australian mining industry, including foreign and local investors,commodity buyers, mine owners, mining contractors and other relevantstakeholders.

MineGate has capability to undertake the specialised mining projects as well asprovide solutions in the field of Resources and Reserves Statement Report inaccordance with JORC and KCMI Code, Mining Feasibility Study, IndependentTechnical Due Diligence / Review, Mining Project Improvement and Evaluation,Mine Planning Study and Supervision, and Additionally, Geological Explorationtogether with MineGate associate company or expertise.

MineGate advisory and technical team led by Mr Riandi Rachmawan and theAssociate Principal, Mr Terry Gray have intimate knowledge of the miningindustry landscape and have extensive experience in providing the types ofservices required to secure the key deliverables to the project.

Mineral / Coal Resources and Reserves Reporting in accordance with the recognisedReporting Code will provide reliable confidence levels on both commodity andassets for owners, investors, and relevant stakeholders alike. This also adds value tothe company in professionally reporting to an International Standard.

The Joint Ore Reserves Committee (JORC) Code published by The AustralasianInstitute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM), The Australian Institute ofGeoscientist (AIG) and The Minerals Council of Australia (MCA) are collectively themost recognised code in the Asia and Australia Region and used as the basis for IPO,Banking and Investment purposes.

Particularly in Indonesia, the local Resources and Reserves Reporting Code has beenpublished and is being mandatorily implemented as the reporting code by theGovernment. This code, namely “Komite Cadangan Mineral Indonesia (KCMI) Code”is also widely recognised by the Indonesian Stock Exchange

Mining Feasibility Study is a fundamental key in the mine development stage prior tothe execution either in commencing the mine operations or increasing theproduction capacity. This study will mainly assess the Technical and Commercialaspects together with the key statutory requirements for the project sustainability

Based on the data accuracy and its level of confidence, the study can be categorisedas Pre-Feasibility Study and or Bankable/Definitive Feasibility Study. This study isalso being a mandatory requirements for Reserves Reporting in accordance withJORC 2012 Code Edition.

MineGate provides the Mining (Pre) Feasibility Study which is materially realistic,reasonable and trustable, prepared by the competent and experienced consultants inthe field of Feasibility Study Reporting.

•Terry Gray has worked extensively in the Mining Industry inthe UK, Australia and Indonesia over a period of 40 years andhas been resident in Indonesia since 1994.

•Mr. Gray previously worked in Indonesia for a majorinternational contract mining service provider and wasinvolved in all of their major mining operations in his 10 yearservice. During that period he held a number of key seniorroles, including Mining Operations Manager. Additionally, healso jointly owned and managed the Britmindo Group, whichprovides mining consultancy services as a Director duringthe period 2006 – 2015. More recently he has been assistinga leading bank in managing a mining project in Australia.

•Mr. Gray has an intimate knowledge of the local miningindustry and has dealt closely with major internationalmining companies operating in Indonesia and Australia. Hehas conducted a substantial amount of technical andoperational studies at both large and small IndonesianMines.

•Mr. Gray holds a Diploma in Engineering from DoncasterCollege of Mines, UK and is a Member of the AustralasianInstitute of Mining and Metallurgy (MAusIMM).

TERRY GRAY

•Riandi Rachmawan has been working in the Miningindustry for over 12 years. He has significant experience inthe field of Mine Planning and Mine Operations. Hepreviously worked for Geomechanics Laboratory ITB, PTArutmin Indonesia and PT Britmindo. Out of his majoremployer, He had also worked as an External ProfessionalConsultant working in conjunction with AT KearneyIndonesia. Recently, He leads MineGate in the mine planningimprovement work at an Australian Coal Mine.

•During this time, he has been significantly exposed tonumerous major mining technical studies, mine planningprojects, mining economical evaluations, mining projectimprovement, and JORC and KCMI reserves assessments. Hehas experiences in the use of most major pit optimisationsoftware, mine planning and scheduling systems.

•Mr. Rachmawan graduated from Bandung Institute ofTechnology, Bandung, Indonesia, majoring in MiningEngineering, He is a Member of the Australasian Institute ofMining and Metallurgy (MAusIMM) and is an IndonesianCompetent Person of “Perhimpunan Ahli PertambanganIndonesia” (CPI-PERHAPI), also registered as ProfessionalEngineer at The Institution of Engineers Indonesia (IPM-PII)

•Golden Ricky Sihombing has been working in theIndonesian Mining industry for over 15 years and hassignificant experience in the field of Exploration andResources Assessment. He has worked for PT MandiriSumber Perkasa, PT Surya Metro Persada Group, PTStania Bara Consulting and Britmindo Group.

•During his career, he has either managed orcontributed significantly to numerous explorationprograms for coal, nickel, and gold, coal mapping, wellsite management, geological modeling, estimations andevaluations of coal resources at many projects. He isexperienced in the use of geological database andmodeling systems.

•Mr. Sihombing graduated from PadjadjaranUniversity, Bandung, Indonesia, majoring in Geology.

•Mardiansyah has been working in the Mining industryfor over 11 years. He has significant experience in thefield of Mine Planning, Mine Operation, and MiningContract. He has worked for PT Kaltim Prima Coal, andPT Petrosea Tbk

•During this time he has had significant exposure tonumerous major mine design projects, minescheduling, mining operational improvement andevaluations of mining contract. He is experienced in theuse of most major mine planning and schedulingsystems, mining operational, and mining contract.

•Mr. Mardiansyah graduated from Bandung Institute ofTechnology, Bandung, Indonesia, majoring in MiningEngineering, He is a Member of the PERHAPI and wasonce the vice chairman Kutai Timur PERHAPI.

•During her career she has had significant exposure tonumerous major mine design projects, mine scheduling,mining operational improvement, slope stability analysisand various geotechnical projects.

•Ms Farah graduated from Bandung Institute ofTechnology, Bandung, Indonesia, majoring in MiningEngineering, During her study, she spent most of her timein Geomechanical and Mine Equipment Laboratory asProject Assistant.
