Shams al Arous is the next Large scale mixed use Master Plan community to be developed by Dar Al Arkan

• Shams al Arous will be built on 2.8 million square meter site located in the east side of Jeddah.

• Strategically located less than 15 km away from Jeddah Cornish, less than 4 km away from AlHaramain Ring Road and directly accessible on the 52 mt wide Palestine st.
