Step 1:• Warm the gaiwan with hot water
Note: Temperature of the water should be the same as the recommended brewing temperature for that tea

Step 2:• Add an appropriate amount of tea leaves
Note: Refer to brewing instructions for quantity of tea leaves.The Peony Tea Pot is approximately 200ml so multiply the recommended amount by 2

Step 3:• Add hot water and pour out immediately
