Securities in accounts carried by National Financial Services, LLC (NFS) are protected in accordance with the Securities InvestorProtection Corporation (SIPC) upto $500,000(including up to $100,000 for cash awaiting reinvestment). NFS has also arranged foradditional protection for cash and covered securities called "excess of SIPC" coverage, from Lloyds of London together with otherinsurers1 . This additional protectionwould onlybeused when SIPC coverage is exhausted. Total aggregate excess of SIPC coverageavailable through Fidelity's excess ofSIPC policyis $1 billion. Within Fidelity's excess ofSIPC coverage, there is no per account dollar
limit on coverage of securities, but there is a per account limit of $1.9 million on coverage of cash awaiting investment. This is themaximum excess of SIPC protection currently available in the brokerage industry. Neither coverage protects against a decline in themarket value of securities, nor do they cover other claims for losses incurred while broker-dealers remain in business. Certainsecurities are not eligible for SIPC or excess of SIPC coverage2. For more details on SIPC, or to request a SIPC brochure, visitwww.sipc.org or call 1-202-371-8300. 1Fidelity's excess of SIPC insurance is provided by Lloyd's of London together with Axis Specialty Europe Ltd. and Munich Reinsurance Co.
2Among the assets typically not eligible for SIPC or excess of SIPC protection are commodity futures contracts, currency, and precious metals, as well as investmentcontracts (such as limited partnerships) and fixed annuity contracts that are not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission under the Securities Actof 1933.

Why the advisors choose Brewer
Wealth Management Redefined
I decided on coming to Brewer because it offered my clients a total wealth management suite
of products and comprehensive financial planning solutions. I now also have access to better
technology and compliance issues that in the past distracted me from focusing solely on my
clients.
- J ohn Hoidas, former Ameriprise advisor
Brewers open architecture provides me with flexibility to explore ideas that were simply not
accessible before. More importantly for my clients, choice of products enables a customized
portfolio designed specifically for them, giving them peace of mind because their special needs
are addressed.
-Steve Brown, former LPL advisor
At Brewer, I know I can be independent and access a full array of products as well as newofferings while benefiting from one of the most competitive compensation packages in the
industry. This is a compelling proposition, especially with the turmoil we see in the large captive
broker dealers.

IMPORTANT NOTICES:
Trading in all forms invol ves substantial ri sk of l oss and is not suit able for every investor.
PAST RESULTS ARE NOT NECESSARILY INDICATIVE OF FUTURE RESULTS. Alternative investment products, including hedge funds and managed futures, involve a high degreeof risk, often engage in leveraging and other speculative investment practices that may increase the risk of investment loss, can be highly illiquid, are not required toprovid e periodi c pr ici ng o r valuation i nfo rmati on to in vesto rs, may invol ve com plex tax s tru ctu res and delays in dis tri but ing important tax in formation, are not subj ect t o thesame regulatory requirements as mutual funds, often charge high fees which may offset any trading profits, and in many cases the underlying investments are nottransparent and are known only to the investment manager. Alternative investment performance can be volatile. An investor could lose all or a substantial amount of his orher investment. Often, alternative investment fund and account managers have total trading authority over their funds or accounts; the use of a single advisor applyinggenerally similar trading programs could mean lack of diversification and, consequently, higher risk. There is often no secondary market for an investor's interest inalternative investments, and none is expected to develop. There may be restrictions on transferring interests in any alternative investment. Alternative investment productsoften execute a substantial portion of their trades on non-U.S. exchanges. Investing in foreign markets may entail risks that differ from those associated with investments inU.S. markets. Additionally, alternative investments often entail commodity trading, which involves substantial risk of l oss. Brewer Financial Services, LLC, (BFS) a FINRAmember, and Brewer Futures Group, LLC ( BFG), an NFA member, (collecti vely, B rewer ) offers various alternative investments, incl uding hedge funds, futures funds andmanaged commodity and futures accounts, that may operate in commodities markets and foreign Forex markets (off-exchange foreign currency futures and options or FX),among others. Brewer and/or its officers/partners may have a financial interest in such alternative investments. In working with clients, Brewer BFS acts in its capacity as aSEC-registered Broker-Dealer and BFG acts in its capacity as a CFTC-registered Introducing Broker. Brewer has entered into selling agreements with all of the investmentproduc ts that we offer (in cludin g investment product s of our affi liates), pu rsuant t o wh ich we are paid f ees by t he investment product s or thei r managers in connecti on w ithsales we make.
This material and any views expressed herein are provided for informational purposes only and should not be construed as an endorsement or inducement of any investoradvisory services or as an offer to sell or the solicitation of an offer to purchase any securities. Before seeking any advisor's services or investing any money, investorsmust read and examine thoroughly the respective disclosure document, offering memorandum or prospectus. Brewer Financial Services, LLC and Brewer InvestmentAdvi sors, LLC are subsi diaries of the Parent Company, Brewer Investment Group , LL C. Securi ties are of fered under t he superv isi on of Brewer Financ ial Services, LLC, aMember of FINRA/SIPC. Investment advisory services are offered through Brewer Investment Advisors, LLC.
Trading futures, options and forex (off-exchange foreign currency futures and options or FX) involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Thevaluation of futures, options and Forex may fluctuate, and, as a result, clients may lose more than their original investment. The impact of seasonal and geopolitical eventsis already factored into market prices. Prices in the underlying cash or physical markets do not necessarily move in tandem with futures and options prices. Loss-limitingstrategies such as stop loss orders may not be effective because market conditions may make it impossible to execute such orders. Likewise, strategies usingcombinations of options and/or futures positions such as spread or straddle trades may be just as risky as simple long and short positions. The high degree of leverageavailable in Forex trading means that small price movements will have a much greater impact on account performance and can result in large losses as well as gains. Pastresults are no indication of future performance.
