GUSTO: Pieno, ben strutturato.

SEGNI PARTICOLARI: Concepita attraverso un originale sistema di produzione a due miscele e fermentata in modo classico, questa birra viene quindi maturata nella tradizionale cantina delle birre doppio malto della FORST. Il risultato è una fantastica armonia fra malto e luppolo, dall’aroma molto marcato ma elegante. Il retrogusto è caratterizzato da una nota lievemente maltata e al tempo stesso notevolmente elegante di fruttato.

BICCHIERE: Una “tozzola” cilindrica con manico. In vetro liscio, lavorato alla base, uno tra i più classici bicchieri da birra studiato per contenerne la schiuma cremosa.

GUSTO: vellutato con marcato sentore di malto, con note calde di caramello tostato e speziato, con una schiuma compatta e persistente.

SEGNI PARTICOLARI: già al primo sorso si prova una forte e indimenticabile sensazione di appagamento, il suo colore scuro e la delicata nota di luppolo riportano la memoria alle birre forti originali e all’arte birraria tradizionale dei monasteri.

BICCHIERE: a “Giacinto” che accoglie la schiuma della birra e permette tramite il suo collo la diffusione degli aromi.
