Choose Transfer Enter District (Defaults to current district) Enter Clinic Save Breast Pump Database: Summary Page Under Equipment Status Click Lost How do I document a Lost Pump? If later recovered, select found How do I document a Found Pump? How does the database track that a pump needs to be cleaned? Needs Cleaning option message will appear in the equipment data history. Once the pump has been cleaned select Cleaned from the available options. This will make the pump available for issuance in inventory. How do I flag a Breast Pump for Repair? The Breast pump database includes two criteria: Needs Repair Repaired When do I use Surplus as a code? Select Surplus when a breast pump is permanently removed from circulation.
