Key points of the discussion: Piloting to be used for evidence based policy making starting with clear intention
for scaling up. Leave no child behind /out including those with HIV, with disability, victims of
violence etc Need for good planning for reform Need a coordination mechanism that is responsible for planning, developing
standards, Department for Child Protection and Family Support Need for a variety and diverse set of serves that meet different needs and families
and children at risk Need to have standards for available services for all kinds /types of children Identify ways to reallocate available funds so that they can be used in the most
effective manner Budgeting for reform is important Government\s purchasing of services from NGOs are important Need to focus on training of mothers and parents Close collaboration with the media
