VANILLA COCONUT PROTEIN BITES GROCERY LIST hazelnuts oat flour almond butter Rebecca’s vanilla protein powder honey _____________________________________________________________________ Ingredients: 1/4 cup hazelnuts, finely chopped 2/3 cup oat flour 1/4 cup Rebecca’s vanilla protein powder 1/4 tbsp honey 1/4 tbsp vanilla extract Shredded coconut Instructions 1. Chop nuts in food processor if they aren’t already finely chopped. Pulse in blender or processor to make more like a nut meal flour. Transfer into a large bowl and add in all the remaining ingredients with the honey being the last . Mix well and roll into bite size balls. Makes about 20 balls. 3. Roll the protein balls into the shredded coconut evenly. 2. Freeze or keep in refrigerator to maintain freshness. 5. Enjoy!
