SPECIAL NOTE : 1) A copy of valid API authorisation certificate/licence is to be forwarded along with the quotations. 2) The items will be inspected by M/s OIL approved Third Party Inspection Agency viz M/s Lloyds or M/s Bureau Veritas or RITES or M/s IRS or M/s DNV only as per the relevant standard and the certificates shall be submitted along with the materials. Third Party Inspection charges to be quoted separately which will be considered for bid evaluation. Quotation received without TPI charges will be loaded with the maximum TPI charges received against this tender at the time of commercial evaluation. 3) Third Party inspection certificates shall be submitted along with the materials. 4) Every piece of Positive Bean Housing (Item-10 & 20) is to be tested hydraulically as per API specification 6A. Test Certificates in respect of Hydraulic test results with details like body melt No., Test Srl. No., Test Pressure, shall be submitted along with the materials. 5) Detailed Engineering drawings for all the items as per relevant standard and NIT are to be submitted along with the quotations for dimensional check and approvals. Drawing must also include all the Thread details for Bean Adapters and Bean. 6) All Positive Bean Housings against Item-10 & 20 to be supplied along with a set of 03 (three) HJ Beans, having flow bore of 6 mm, 7 mm & 8 mm), made of Hardened Alloy Steel. 7) Scope of supply under this tender shall be as per Annexure-A. Confirmation to the same shall be submitted by the bidder. 8) Marking : all items against this tender shall bear markings on the name plate as following: - Manufacturer's name - API Monogram - Assembly / Equipment serial number - OIL's purchase order no. - Year of manufacture - Rated working pressure, bore size & service conditions - Material of construction, PSL & Trim designation

In addition to above, followings shall be embossed permanently on the body of all the items: - API Monogram - OIL's purchase order No.

9)The items shall be brand new, unused & of prime quality. Bidders shall warrant (in the event of an order) that the product supplied will be free from all defects & fault in material, workmanship & manufacture and shall be in full conformity with ordered specifications. This clause shall be valid for 18 months from date of shipment / dispatch or 12 months from date of receipt of the items. Bidders must confirm the same while quoting. 10. Validity of the offers should be 120 days. Bids with less validity shall be rejected.

11. The items covered by this tender shall be used by Oil India Limited in the PEL/ML areas which are issued/renewed after 01/04/99 and hence Nil Customs Duty during import will be applicable. Indigenous bidder shall be eligible for Deemed Export Benefit against this purchase. Details of Deemed Export are furnished vide Addendum to MM/GLOBAL/E-01/2005 enclosed.
