It is with great honor and pleasure that HotspotOrlando collaborated on the first issue of BrazilUSA digital magazine. This magazine has a whole new twist, It is more interactive, with more pages and will have all the things women like the most, events, parties, fashion, food, all the good things that come along with being happy and live a healthy balanced life. We are more than ever celebrating you, all the fans and all the readers that have supported BrazilUSA Magazine for all this year
For this first magazine, we feature the event of the year, The III Brazilian Business Fair, and we are delighted with the opportunity to show you all the best moments and all the people that came to join us at the fair. The experience was great, and we could not let
this moment go, because we need to hang on and hold tight, and very close to our hearts all the good things the creator has prepared for us.
We hope every page you turn will be a gift, we have worked hard to bring them to you, and we promise always the same quality .
We would like to Thank Pastor Silas A. Pinto for sharing his dream with all of us, and continue doing so. The III Brazilian Business Fair will always be the torch, that represent a dream and the Faith on this dream. May we always have a reason to cherish our Community and all the good people that are a part of it, and also to have such a visionary man to help us on our guidance.

Em dezembro de 2010, Laiz eu reunidas na minha casa planejamos fazer uma edição quinzenal da revista digital. Fizemos um plano mas Deus fez um outro plano e o projeto ficou na gaveta por alguns meses. A III Brazilian Business Fair aconteceu com o sucesso esperado a Brazil Usa Magazine, mas uma vez foi convidada a ser a publisher do guia ofical do evento e contrariando a muita gente que achava que não iamos conseguir, o guia saiu, porque para Deus nada é impossivel, quando ele está no controle, tudo é possivel.
Diante de todo esse clima de sucesso, muitas horas de trabalho, mas de 500 fotos tirada pelo HotspotOrlando e pela fotografa da Brazil Usa Tereza Carvalho. Saiu a nossa primeira edição digital.
E é com muito orgulho que apresentamos essa edição especial mostrando um pouquinho do mega
evento a III Brazilian Business Fair . Essa edição especial é totalmente americana, feita aqui nos Estados Unidos, mas como sempre com o maior carinho e profissionalismo que temos tido nos quase 9 anos que estamos no mercado. Espero que você goste da nossa edição especial digital e que recomende para os seus amigos.

In Orlando the Brazilian Community is solid, because it has very strong ties with
Religion, and it is interesting to see this because of the strong faith that binds everybody. We need everyone and each one of us to hold on tight, to be the best that we are, because we are judged on it every day by the ones that were here before us. This is not our Land, but we are borrowing it, and it is important to always remember that. One of the reasons why we say that and we think it is important is the fact that the First Baptist Church has been a tradition in the Brazilian Community, the strong flame that is always lit, hoping to guide the ones that are in need of that light, and holding dear the ones that already found it. Faith , Solidarity, are in abundance among our people and because of this no matter what, we should always stick together, because we are all we have. Based on this, if an event like the Brazilian Business Fair was created by Pastor Silas A. Pinto and the First Baptist Orlando, and carried on for three consecutive years, thanks to his hard work and his crew of volunteers, it is already a tradition, it is incorporated on our agenda, there is nothing to discuss. It was created from a dream, and marches on, regardless the sacrifices, and the obstacles that were imposed in the past.

Em Orlando a comunidade brasileira é sólida,porque tem laços muito fortes com a religião,
e é interessante ver isso por causa da forte fé que une a todos. Precisamos que cada um de nós segurem firme nessa fé, para sermos o melhor que podemos, sempre nos superando, porque somos observados e julgados todos os dias por aqueles que estavam aqui antes de nós. Esta não é a nossa Terra, e aos poucos estamos ocupando um solo que não é nosso, é emprestado, e é importante sempre lembrar disso. Uma das razões pelas quais dizemos que isso é importante é o fato de que aFirst Baptist Orlando tem sido uma tradição na comunidade brasileira, a chama forte que está sempre acesa, esperando para orientar os que necessitam daquela luz, e segurando junto a si os que já a encontraram a Fé e Solidariedade, existem em abundância entre o nosso povo e por isso não importa o que, nós devemos procurar estar sempre juntos, porque somos tudo o que temos. Nossa família e nossa fé é nossa Igreja. Com base nisso, se um evento como aBrazilian Business Fair foi criado pelo Pastor Silas A. Pinto e pela First Baptist Church, e tem prosseguido por três anos consecutivos, graças a seu trabalho e a sua equipe de voluntários, já é considerada uma tradição, não só da Igreja mas também da Comunidade, e como tal esta incorporada a nossa agenda, não há espaço para discussão A Feira Foi criado a partir de um sonho, e segue marchando rumo ao progresso, independentemente dos sacrifícios, e os obstáculos que foram impostas no passado.

O Ceo of The III Brazilian Business Fair Gala Dinner, Silas Pinto brought to the event not only the most important members of our Community but also the Mayor of Orlando Buddy Dyer, Dity Commissioner Tony Ortiz, Christine Webb anchor from Chanel 13 and Keith Landry Fox News Chanel 35.
Foi um sucesso o jantar de abertura da III Brazilain Business Fair promovido pelo Ceo e fundador Pastor Silas A.Pinto. Estavam presentes, o Prefeito de Orlando Buddy Dyer, CIty Commissioner Tony Ortiz e celebridades da midia como Christine Webb do Canal 13 e Keith Landry do Canal Fox 35.

Os palestrantes da noite foram Pastor Silas que apresentou um eloquente discurso, focando na importancia do desenvolvimento da Feira, tando na Comunidade Brasileira como na Americana, promovendo o crescimento economico e de potencial, capacitando os participantes a expandir seus horizontes. Logo apos tivemos como orador Randall James , que falou de Orlando e da participação da First Baptist na Comunidade assim como tambem da admiração pelo trabalho do Prefeito Buddy Dyer que esta sempre presente trabalhando junto aos residentes de nossa cidade, visando o melhor para todos, e admiração não parecia ser somente dele mas com certeza inflamou os convidados que receberam o Prefeito de pé com um caloroso aplauso. O Prefeito enfatizou a importância do turismo Brasileiro na economia de Orlando, e mencionou sua visita ao Brasil a cidade de Curitiba de onde encontrou inspiração para criar uma linha de transporte para Orlando que hoje se chama LYMMO, e opera Downtown Orlando.
O presidente da Camara de Comercio de Orlando, Joao Marcos Pires, também falou da importancia de trabalhar juntos, na expansão da comunidade Brasileira em Orlando.

The speakers of the evening were Pastor Silas who presented an eloquent speech, focusing on the impor-tance of the development of fair in the past three years. The American and the Brazilian Community, promot-ing economic growth and greater potential, enabling participants to expand their horizons. Soon after we had as a speaker Pastor Randall James Presidente da First Orlando Foundationwho spoke of Orlando and the participation of First Baptist in the Community as well as the admiration for the work of Mayor Buddy
Dyer that is always present close to the residents of our city, and always seeking the best for everyone, he sue didn't seemed to be the only one that admired him but certainly ignited the guests who received the Mayor with a standing ovation. The Mayor emphasized the importance of the brazilian tourism in our econo-my and mentioned his visit to Brazil to the city of
Curitiba where he found inspiration to create a line of transportation to Orlando that was named Lymmo, and today operates in Downtown Orlando. Brazilian Chamber of Central Florida, Joao Marcos Pires also spoke and talked about the importance of always work together, and network and focus on expand the bra-zilain Business in Orlando.

O salão estava lindo, a decoração foi muito bem executada pela equipe de voluntários da First Baptist liderada por Any Alves que arrazou nas cores branco e preto. A Nelore Steak House representado pela sua sócia Amy Litter , mais uma vez mostrou a alta qualidade dos seus pratos.. o jantar estava delicioso.
And speaking about the
opening dinner for the III Brazilian Business Fair, both the food and the decoration were very well executed by their team of volunteers led by First Baptist with Any Alves and her team. They really did a great job. As for Nellore Steak House once again showed the high quality of its food , everything was delicious as usual.

Após meses e meses de planejamento e trabalho árduo do fundador e CEO Pastor Silas A. Pinto e sua equipe, a Brazilian Business Fair em sua terceira edição amadureceu e cumpriu o objetivo de divulgar e promover as marcas (empresas) perante o mercado brasileiro, americano e hispânico de gerar negócios e oportunidades para as empresas e pessoas presentes. Em parceria com a Central Florida Brazilian American Chamber of Commerce e First Baptist Orlando, contou com a presença de 5 canais de televisão, e toda imprensa brasileira de jornais, revista impressa e virtual.

After months of planning and hard work the founder and CEO Pr. Silas A. Pinto and his team at The III Brazilian Business Fair in its third edition have matured and fulfilled the objective of disseminating and promoting brands (companies) to the Brazilian, American and Hispanic market and generate business opportunities for companies and attendees. In partnership with Central Florida Brazilian American
Chamber of Commerce, and First Baptist Orlando, the fair was visited by five channels television, all the Brazilian press newspapers, magazine and internet press.

Um dos mais importantes aspectos da III Brazilian Business Fair foi a interação tanto do CEO Pastor Silas A. Pinto e sua equipe como também dos voluntários que pintaram a Feira de amarelo com olhos em todos os lugares ajudando tanto aos convidados como aos expositores.
One of the most important aspects of the III Brazilian Business Fair was the interaction of the CEO Pastor Silas A. Pinto and his team, and the volunteers who also painted the Fair yellow with their bright t-shirts, making sure they had eyes everywhere watching both the guests and the exhibitors, giving all the support they needed.

Devemos essa popularidade as nossas queridas meninas que são fieis a nosso concurso e que continuam nos prestigiando, razão pela qual já estamos a caminho do segundo concurso com um bom número de candidatas. Uma de nossas Miss Mirim Jasmim, tem reinado com muito glamour sempre perto, presente em todos os nossos eventos, já foi nossa capa, e marca nossos corações não somente com sua beleza mas também com sua alegria de menina, e veio prestigiar o stand da BrazilUSA Magazine na III Brazilian Business Fair, distribuindo a todos a sua graça, charme e o seu sorriso.

The Miss Mirim Pageant is a traditional event of Brazilusa Magazine, The Miss Mirim Pageant was created last year in partnership with promoter Sandy Lira and has been a great success in the Brazilian Community of Central Florida. This is one of our greatest prides and has become an incredible success and the favorite of our community. We loved the popularity of our girls and thank them for being faithful to our pageant event. This is why we are on our way to make the second pageant with a great number of participants. One of our Miss Mirim is Jasmine, she is always present in all of our events and was also featured on the December cover of our magazine. She makes everyone fall in love with her not only with her beauty but also with her joy. BrazilUSA magazine would like to thank Jasmine and her family for visiting our stand at the III Brazilian Business Fair. Her grace, charm and smile makes us realize that we are on the right path.

Mounted patrol In 1982 the Orlando Police
Department activated its Mounted Patrol Unit with two horses stabled at Ben White Raceway. Some considered the horses to be a public relations gimmick, but their value as an operational unit was quickly realized. The high vantage point of the rider coupled with the ease and speed the horses allow them to negotiate difficult areas, including crowded parking lots, swampy bogs and construction sights. This proved them an instant success. Over the years, the Orlando Police Department's Mounted Patrol Unit has grown to eight horses, with six full time officers and a sergeant. The mounted Patrol was present to protect the grounds at the Fair and marked their presence with their beautiful animals and pleasent officers.

O projeto piloto era unir a facilidade e a rapidez dos cavalos o que lhes permitem acessar áreas de difícil acesso, incluindo estacionamentos lotados, áreas pantanosas e locais de construção. Isto provocou um sucesso instantâneo. Ao longo dos anos, a Unidade de Orlando do Departamento de Polícia Montada cresceu para oito cavalos, com seis funcionários em tempo integral e um sargento. A patrulha montada estava presente para proteger toda área da de estacionamento da Feira e marcou sua presença com os seus belos animais e oficiais que não só discursaram na abertura da Feira mas também visitaram.
