Braveheart Shipping BV is a maritime company

based in Urk, and is specialized in:

• hydrographic studies

• surveying

• crew tendering.

In 2005, Braveheart Shipping began carrying

out surveying work for the Port of Rotterdam

N.V. The satisfaction of this client has led to

an increase in the scope of the assignment, and

subsequently to Braveheart Shipping having

to augment its fleet. The company now has

six vessels sailing for various clients. All ships

are equipped with state-of-the-art technical

equipment and expert personnel.

Braveheart Shipping is distinctive due to its innovation in

the field of hydrographic surveys. By deploying fast and

highly seaworthy ships for this purpose, the company can

operate very competitively. The ships have been designed

to gather data at a speed of no less than 15 knots, with a

maximum wave height of 2.3 metres.

They are flexible in terms of possible installations and can

therefore be adapted for each project. They can be deployed

for projects across the globe

using ocean-going transport.

The company’s own technical

department ensures that any

malfunctions are quickly

solved.

Braveheart Shipping is a sort of water-based

taxi service. Seven days a week, 24 hours a

day, the vessels sail back and forth between

dry land and the working area (platforms,

trailing suction hopper dredgers, etc.)

All tender work is carried out

by Braveheart Shipping using

fast and extremely seaworthy

vessels.
