Information About Your5 Day 4 Night Branson Tour

Springfield (SGF) or the New Branson Airport (BKG)

Flight information (SGF):

Arrivals into SGF: Schedule SGF air arrivals as close to noonas possible but prior to 3:00 pm on the first day of theBranson tour.

Departures from SGF: Schedule air departures from SGF on

the last day of the tour as close as possible to, but not priorto, 11:00 am.

Airport Transfers (SGF):

First Day: Motorcoach transportation is scheduled to departfrom SGF (en route to Branson) at approximately 3:30 pm.Late arrivals, or those choosing not to wait for the scheduledtransfer, must use transportation at their own expense.

Last Day: Motorcoach transfer is scheduled to arrive at SGFat approximately 9:45 am. Those choosing not to use thescheduled transfer must use transportation at their ownexpense.

Kansas City (MCI)

Flight Information (MCI):

Arrivals into MCI: Kansas City arrivals are scheduled oneday prior to scheduled date of the Branson Tour. Schedule airarrivals into MCI as early as possible, but NOT AFTER 3:30 pm.

Shows and Attractions: The shows & attractions listed onyour selected tour date are the ones that have been scheduledfor you to see. Any additional arrangements that vary fromthe scheduled itinerary are the responsibility and expense ofthe traveler.

Fully Escorted: Your friendly and knowledgeable Tour Guideaccompanies you for your tour itinerary excluding any add-ons to the original itinerary. Your Tour Guide is there to helpmake your vacation a worry-free and pleasant experience.

Hotels: BVT AMERICA Uses Multiple Hotel Properties.Rooms are Tastefully Appointed with In-Room Coffee Maker,Hair Dryer, Iron & Full Size Ironing Board, AM/FM ClockRadio with Alarm & Remote Control Color TV.

Luggage: Luggage is limited to one bag per person. You maybring a small overnight bag that is small enough to fit in theoverhead rack inside the Motorcoach, which will be yourpersonal responsibility. Dont over pack! Its always wise totravel light.

Transportation: A wide-body, DVD & rest room equippedluxury motorcoach is reserved for each scheduled tour. We

reserve the right to substitute a smaller transportation vehiclein rare situations when it becomes necessary. Seats are notpre-assigned, but are rotated on a regular basis, using differ-ent methods as determined by your Tour Guide. This methodaffords equal opportunity for each traveler to view sceneryfrom different areas of the Motorcoach during the course ofthe trip. The seat directly behind the Driver is reserved forthe Tour Guide. All scheduled surface transportation whileon tour is included whether by motorcoach, shuttle, or boat,none of which are owned or operated by BVT AMERICA.

Flight Delays: BVT AMERICA is not responsible fortransportation or other expenses incurred due to airlinecancellations or delays.

Travelers with Special Needs: Your health is important.Some attractions require some walking. People with physicaldisabilities must have a traveling assistant who is fullyresponsible for the person if the disability prevents themfrom being independent. BVT AMERICA must be notifiedprior to the tour of any ADA requirements for those who arephysically challenged. Special dietary preparations of foodcannot always be assured. BVT AMERICA is subject to thepolicies of facilities, accommodations and available trans-portation carriers, none of which are owned, or operated by

BVT AMERICA.Personal Expenses: Room service, phone calls, alcoholicbeverages, and any other personal services or expenses arenot included.
