AO3 Shaquille T. L. Williams Shaquille Tevon Lee Williams was born to Kristy Jackson and Randy Williams on Saturday, August 13, 1994 in Longview, Texas. He departed this life on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 in Newport News, Virginia.

Early in life he united with Kilgore Church of the Living God and later was baptized at East Cotton Street Church of Christ.

In his childhood he attended Kilgore public schools prior to moving to Longview. He played the trombone in band, was a member of the Spirit Club, football team and Culinary Arts group while at Longview High School where he graduated as President of the Class of 2012. During his high school days he held employment at the Finish Line in the Longview Mall. In July, 2012, he enlisted in the United States Navy attaining the rank of Aviation Ordnanceman Third Class (AO3) and served until his demise. His time spent in the military was done in Japan and Virginia where he served as a Work Center Supervisor, mentor to ten other sailors, Senior lead for ammunition handling and stowage, and head of volunteer efforts for weapons department. He also held tri-qualifications for surface warfare, air warfare and special information intelligence warfare and received a Good Conduct Medal.

He was preceded in death by his step-brother, Latoriss Duffie.

He leaves to cherish his memory to his mother and step-father, Kristy and Janeiro Duffie of Longview, TX, father, Randy Williams of Overton, TX; sisters, Lyric Jackson of Longview and LaQeisha “Shakey” Alex and her husband, Andrew of Houston, TX; brothers, Marcez Jackson, Devonte Grant, and Treylon Wheat all of Longview; maternal grandmother, Betty Redic of Longview; step-grandmother, Juanita Harris of Longview; step-brothers, Carderro Duffie and Davonta Duffie both of Longview; girlfriend, Jaelea Simmons of Hayward, CA; aunts, Channun Clayton and Tonya Redic both of Longview; special niece, Alona “Baby Cakes” Alex of Houston and special nephew, Zaylen Grant of Longview; god-brother, Ayden “Mac” Porter of Longview; special cousins, Yesinine Williams, Waneicha Redic, Jurnee Moore and Deryian George; paternal grandmother, Katherine Taylor and husband Elton of Tyler, TX; half brothers and sisters, Deontre’ Williams, Drayton Williams, Rayshaun Williams, NyAiria Williams and Shakiria Wheat all of Kilgore, TX; aunts, Kimberly Williams and her husband, David of Longview; Karen Allen and her husband, Bronkell of Tyler, TX; uncles, Draycus Taylor and Darious Taylor both of Tyler, TX; and a host of other relatives and friends.
