E’TERIE An evolution to the traditional food service within

Embassy Suites, E’terie offers a wide variety of freshly prepared

items to-go, thoughtfully presented in eco-friendly, disposable

packaging. This grab & go option effectively utilizes existing

space within the comp services area to deliver more of what our

guests want—consistently and generously—in each hotel bearing

the Embassy Suites brand. E’terie provides healthy snacks,

salads and sandwiches for on-the-go, lunch and dinner. Guests

may pick up their order, have it delivered to their room—or in

certain locations, eat in the attached, casual dining space. Guests

have convenient dining options with many choices provided in a

gracious and caring service environment—so relaxed, more

like home and less like a hotel.

Primary Logo The E’terie logo can be reproduced on any solid background in black

and white, the standard logo colors. In addition, since this restaurant

concept is designed to integrate with the service comp area, one color

from the main lobby interior palette may be brought in as an accent

color. The chosen color should work well with the black and white logo

and be used as a complementary or background color. Do not separate

any part of the logo from its other elements or alter it in any way.

Proper logo usage maintains a strong E’terie brand.

Secondary Logo The primary E’terie logo should be used for all applications with

few exceptions. A secondary logo is provided only to use when the

circle logo is incompatible with an application or when the

logo is reduced to a size that could compromise readability.

Color Palette The standard E’terie logo color palette is black and white. In addition,

since this restaurant concept is designed to integrate with the service

comp area, one color from the main lobby interior palette may be

used as an accent color. The chosen color should work well with the

black and white logo and be used as a complementary or background

color. This adaptive color should be used consistently and specified

as both Pantone and 4-color process colors. Use the appropriate

color specification according to the printing application. In order to

maintain a strong brand, the E’terie colors should not be altered once

established and should only be used as indicated in this guide.

Food Labels The E’terie food label is created in the same simple clean fashion

as the logo. They are designed to fit on a easy to find avery form

(see link below). Files for existing items can be downloaded along

with a template for creating new or seasonal items. Labels print

4-up per sheet and you may use your office inkjet or laser printer.

Files should not be altered and all attempts to adhere to the brand

standards should be made.

Label Placement The E’terie food labels were created with two distinct areas. The

top half contains the logo, item name and price. The bottom half

contains nutritional facts and ingredients. By folding the label at

the fold line (see illustration) and wrapping the label around the

packaging, the top half is easily visible while the bottom half helps

keep the packaging closed and places the nutritional facts and

ingredients on the back side of the packaging.

bags. Black and white logo stickers can be printed and adhered

to bags the E’terie location or assembled and delivered by an

outside vendor. This system gives each restaurant a flexible

range of bag sizes to match the needs of the specific location.

Logo sticker templates created to match standard bag sizes are

available for download. Logos should be placed and centered,

slightly above the vertical mid-point of the bag.
