1.1 3D LOGO

The logo is the primary element of recognition for a company, and represents its unique attributes and values. The three-dimensional version was chosen for this reason, as it is a better representation of New Holland’s solidity and substance than the flat version. The logo exists in two versions - color and black & white. The choice of version depends on printing technical specifications.

The maximum size of the 3D logo is 1500 mm/59 inches. The smallest size at which it may be reproduced is 25mm/ 0.98 inches.Should it be necessary to reproduce the logo in a size outside the range indicated, the 2D version must be used.

The sentence signifying the company’s mission (pay-off/tagline) is positioned below the logo.The use of the logo together with the pay-off/tagline is mandatory on the following communication material:• Corporate advertising campaign• Dealer advertising campaign• Brochure• Flyer• Promotional printed materials• Point of sale materials• Merchandising• WebThe pay-off is not used on stationery: for details please refer to chapter 2.The pay-off/tagline must never be altered in any way and must always be reproduced with the logo respecting the size and proportions shown here.The font used for the payoff is Din black.

For this reason there is a clear space requirement where no text or images can appear in order not to drive attention away from the logo.The propor tion between the logo and the clear space area required is set as shown here and may not be modified.

1.6 COLOR VERSIOn OF 3D LOGO On COLOR BACKGROUnDSBecause of its characteristics, the logo can be used on all colored backgrounds, be they light-colored, dark-colored or photographic. On the other hand, the pay-off/tagline can only be reproduced in either white or black to ensure the best possible visibility.In all cases, it is essential to maximize the logo’s visibility.In case of color backgrounds different from the ones indicated below, please refer to your local Communication Manager.

New Holland’s corporate colors are yellow and black, as shown. The use of grayscale is allowed as shown to achieve special graphic effects. 1.12 InCORRECT USES OF LOGO AnD OF PAY-OFF/TAGLInEThe proportions of the logo must always be respected. No variation in dimensions or prospective is permitted.The pay-off must always be used as shown in chapter 1.9 Pay-off/tagline. Therefore, no alterations are permitted to the font, dimensions or alignment. No color other than black or white may be used. Bear in mind the objective is always to maximize the visibility of the logo.Please avoid using the logo and the payoff on backgrounds that could compromise the logo’s visibility.
