Bra with (partial) scalloped lace band. This small tutorial was published on my blog in March 2008. To illustrate the difference two pictures. The first bra has a band without scallop of the lace used, in the second, the scallop of the lace is used in the center.
In this bra I exented the scalloped lace till the side.
How to do this:
1. The scallop is cut with the deepest part at the seam line, of course without seam allowances. The part without scallop is attached with the seam line at the height of the deepest point of the scallop.

2. Cut the elastic in one length and mark the necessary points
3. Attach the elastic with a small zigzag at the edge, see the picture on the left, and leave the center part free.
4. Trim the seam allowance
5. Turn the elastic to the inside and topstitch with a triple/multiple zigzag. The part of the scalloped lace is attached with this topstitching only.
