The robust design of C441Motor Insight includes a brightLED display and intuitive userinterface, making it easy toconfigure and troubleshootyour system when necessary.Instead of having to remember

the menu for diagnostic and faultcodes, or decipher submenusand cryptic descriptions, theeasy-to-read display on the C441Motor Insight spells it all out foryouright at the unit. And, tomake it even easier to protectyour system, no matter yourspecifications, the Type 1, 12and 3R remote display uses thesame user interface as the baseunit device.

With options for line-poweredor 120 Vac control-poweredbase devices and a remote

Unlike overloads that offer loadprotection strictly by monitoringcurrent, C441 Motor Insighthas the ability to calculateand monitor power runningto a specific load. This offerscustomers superior protection

that more reliably indicates thetrue behavior of the load due tothe linear relationship betweenpower and load.

This is especially importantin applications where motorsand pumps are lightly loaded.Due to the logarithmicrelationship between currentand load, current values do notchange significantly until thepump exceeds approximately4050 percent capacity.C441 Motor Insights powermonitoring and protection

capability provides the customerwith a more reliable protectionmethod across the entire loadrange, allowing for simpledetection of dry runningconditions like deadhead/starved pumps.

C441 Motor InsightAn intelligent power control solution

C441 Motor Insight is availablein either a line-powered or a120 Vac control-powered design,capable of monitoring voltagesup to 660 Vac. Each of these

units is available in a 19A or a590A FLA model. With externalCTs, C441 Motor Insight canprotect motors up to 540A FLA.

For ease of use and operatorsafety, C441 Motor Insightoffers a remote display thatmounts easily with two30 mm knockouts. The remotedisplay is powered from thebase unit, which means thatit can be used with the line-powered or control-poweredoverload relay. Customers areprovided with real-time system

health monitoring throughthe bright LED display witheasy-to-understand full worddescriptions and units on theuser interface, eliminating

the need for the customerto memorize parameters andfault codes.

C441 Motor Insight offerscustomers highly configurablemotor, load and line protectionwith power monitoring anddiagnostics, allowing thecustomer to save energy,optimize maintenanceschedules and configuregreater system protection.
