Designed for environmental sustainability, the BR 18/11 conserves water, solution and source materials while operating at a whisper-quiet 67 dB, perfect for use in noise-sensitive facilities such as hospitals, schools, libraries and restaurants. The BR 18/11 features cylindrical brush technology that delivers low moisture deep scrubbing through concentrated brush speeds of 1300 RPM, and provides four-to-six times more contact pressure than rotary brush scrubbing, handling any flat floor surface with ease, as well as structured surfaces such as quarry tile, paver bricks and raised rubber disc flooring. This small walk-behind scrubber features a tough, no-hassle, quick-change parabolic squeegee system delivering 100% solution recovery — even on 180˚ turns. Constructed with a tough roto-molded polyethylene body, you’ll get years of maximum performance and reliability, while experiencing minimal machine downtime.

PARABOLIC SQUEEGEE Heavy duty assembly featuring a four-sided rear blade with quick release lever to facilitate squeegee changes in 10 seconds or less, ensuring a lower cost of ownership.

CYLINDRICAL BRUSHES Comes standard with white brushes for daily cleaning operations. A variety of brushes are available for high performance on structured flooring.

VACUUM MOTOR PROTECTION Automatic recovery tank float shutoff device prevents foam and water from damaging vacuum motors.
