Camera MovementThere are a variety of camera movements the director canuse to make meaning on the screen for the viewer.

Angle Description PurposeZoom The camera moves

towards or awayfrom a particularobject.

Panning The camera turnsfrom side to side,i.e. from left toright or right toleft.

Tilt The camera movesdiagonally from thetop to the bottom
